I placed an order for nail polish which I never received. Canni UK apparently carried out an investigation with Royal Mail and came back saying the parcel was delivered, but it was never delivered to me and was nowhere to be found around my property.

I would not even be surprised if the parcel was recalled or returned back, because I certainly never received it. A photo near my door does not prove that the parcel was actually delivered to the correct person or safely received.

I dealt with Liz over email, and fair to say, the customer service was appalling. There was no real support, no proper resolution, and I felt completely dismissed as a returning customer. Instead of helping, they simply relied on Royal Mail’s claim and left me without my order or a refund.

I'm disappointed, especially as a returning customer with at least two prior orders; I expected much better service. I would avoid Canni UK if I were you

It took a long time to arrive, about 3 weeks and it didnt get delivered to my house as it said it would but by a nearby shop, but i really like their gels and i think the colors look like they do on the website. The brush/applicator is really good. Definitely recommend

I sent back two nail polishes for a an exchange and Liz on what’s app has been two weeks that they have stared that they have not received them back.
My refund or exchange has not been issued. This is terrible service. I was sent their return address envelope and till today not received my exchange or refund.
