Delivery mishndling ad lack of refund

First, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the way my recent delivery was handled.
It was clearly communicated to you that I would be checking out of the hotel on 28/05/2025. Despite this, you failed to contact the delivery company to arrange a return or redirection of the package. Instead, the package was delivered to the hotel reception after my departure.
I am shocked that the item—ordered under my name—was handed over to someone else without my authorization. You had clear information that I would no longer be at the hotel, so delivering the package there without confirming my presence is completely unacceptable.
Does your delivery policy truly allow packages to be handed to just anyone present at the address, even when the intended recipient is known to be absent? If so, this policy is deeply flawed and exposes customers to unnecessary risk and inconvenience.
Furthermore, your email responses so far have been vague and unhelpful

Thank you for your additional feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied, but we must once again clarify the facts and timeline of the events:

📦 Delivery Location and Responsibility:
Your order was delivered on 29 May at 10:48 to the exact address you provided during checkout. As this was a hotel, the package was signed for and received by the hotel reception—a standard and accepted procedure for deliveries to hotels. This process is handled by PostNL, not by us directly.

📅 Shipping and Delivery Timing:
You were informed on 28 May that, due to the national holiday on 29 May (when couriers do not operate), your order would be shipped that same day.
As clearly stated in our terms, we cannot guarantee or schedule exact delivery times or dates, and once a parcel is with the courier, it follows their logistics process.

📩 Return and Refund Terms:
We explained multiple times that:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Returned packages must be received back before a refund can be processed
• Discounted orders are generally non-refundable

Still, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a refund—pending return of the package. To date, no return has been received.

🔁 No Action from Your Side:
You were advised to follow up with the hotel directly to recover the package or to have it returned to us.
If the hotel had returned it to us, we would have immediately processed your refund, as promised.

🗣️ Regarding Your Comment About “Vague and Unhelpful” Responses:
The exact same explanation we’ve shared here was also sent to you via email—not vague, and certainly not unhelpful.
We clearly outlined what steps were needed for a refund. Instead of taking those steps, you chose to leave multiple 1-star reviews.

Let’s also be clear: this was a non-refundable item, and yet we made an exception in your case. All we asked was that the parcel be returned—a standard and reasonable condition. So we must ask: who has truly been uncooperative or unclear?

Quality

My initial experience with Cannahealth products was highly positive, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. The products are indeed remarkable, and I suggest starting with a small dosage and gradually increasing it if you are new to using them. The seller has issued a cautionary warning to all customers to take this product with responsibility.

I recently consumed one gummy two days ago, and I still feel a sense of relaxation. I strongly advise trying a small amount first, as these gummies are quite potent, as indicated on the packaging and advertisements. I am confident that I will continue to be a loyal customer from Scotland, and I am fully satisfied with the product’s value for money.
