No response. Ordered a week ago, received order number but parcel was not shipped, nor did I get a reply from the emails I sent.
If anyone from Cannabist is reading this, my order “19534” is not delivered within 7 days. My bank will open a fraud case against Cannabist’s FNB account to take the matter further.

Will give an update on the review once we hear from cannabist, if we ever do.

Must be the worst customer support!! 3 weeks ago I made a purchase! Got my order nr immediately. That was it! No tracking nr. That's were it stopped! Email support, 10 x now and still NOTHING!! R1000 Bucks down the drain! They are scammers!!

Placed my order and paid and received a confirmation email, then ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! No response to follow up emails at all. Order no 19525 placed on 1 Sept. No communication

Ordered seeds yesterday and pay as well. Had no communication from there side yet . Hope my order does not become a cockup like the others I've read about... anyway my order no. is 23184

It has been more than a month still no delivery. A refund would be appreciated. But I doubt that it would happen. 😃

been waiting 30 days , says order processing and tried emailing them to find out whats going on but apparently email address doesnt exist.

Order not processed money been taken from my account. Contact email doesn't work. This is now a fradulent site and people's money is being stolen.

Ordered on the 22nd September 2022.

I ordered last year with no hassle but beware:
-Their email does not work anymore.
-Their contact us feature does not work anymore.
-They have no way of being contacted.

The company has since shipped my order, this does not excuse their issues they had, but it's good too see they aren't entirely scamming customers.

ordered and paid for seeds on Sunday still have not received any tracking or confirmation. Email does not work only works for subscribing i am moving house in 2 weeks so i hope i will see my seeds before that as i have paid for the delivery.

Recieved a refund this morning still you guys need to cumminicate or take you website off waisting peoples time.
Now i need to arrange for another company to send seeds before o move as there is no delivery options where I'm going anyways i am greatful for the refund i hope I'm future you guys can provide what you advertise although i wont be supporting your sight again

Been using cannabist a few times without any hastles. Having a problem with order placed #23135. Still on prosessing since 27 Sept. No replies from Cannabist. A simple yes or no or we are busy would be helpfull.

Customer service ain't what it used to be.
Order #23131 placed and paid on Sunday - still in processing stage.
I agree with the one star reviews!

Received my seeds today with plenty of freebies(thanks), so clearly still operating. Should maybe just sort out your email so there are no more misunderstandings. Thanks Cannabist.

I placed and paid for my order on 2 August. Today is 22 August and I still have not received anything. Cant contact the seller via email or this website. DO NOT BUY HERE THIS IS A SCAM.

In recent months Cannabist has lost much respect from me as a frequent customer. They no longer stick to their own delivery times, contacting system or anything really. They literally do not give any information whatsoever and we as customers are left in the dark. I am seeing it much more often now than in the past. You cannot even contact them anymore, their email rejects all emails and their automated contacting on their website also no longer works. I have no idea what's been going on over there recently but the service has been absolutely terrible and it used to be in my opinion the best seed seller in South Africa just a year ago.

Ordered seeds on Monday, Its now Thursday and I have not received any feedback. This is my first order, and the impressions are not great. If someone sees this, I would really appreciate any input on my orders whereabouts.

## update I received my seeds after 2 weeks so not a scam the reason why I will leave my experience at one star is that they didnt bother to reply to my numerous emails and attempts to contact them on the status of my order. this is unacceptable for a online store. Cannabist team up your game this can all be avoided with a simple email

The package arrived, neatly wrapped along with a surprise gift.
It would be convenient to choose a bank to EFT into. This could eliminate the long silence.
