There is something unique and special about a company that I can rest assured that the order will come in a timely fashion as well as complete and full without having to chase a company to get your full order ! Keep it up!

Four bags of chocolate were melted and not edible at all. Reeses and rollo were melted with the wrapping imbedded and tearing apart to remove. The Hershey would not harder back and was impossible to pick up. The Linder was just soup. They assured me they packed in ice with no problem.

I ordered early for Halloween. My price included having to pay for shipping. Fine. After I placed my order, there were numerous pop-ups saying that if I added something to my order, I'd get free shipping. Well, the cost of the "add on" was less than the cost of the shipping I had paid, so why not? Seems a little gimmicky, but I took a chance. Turns out that all this does is place a new, separate order with free shipping--it does not remove the cost of shipping from the order you just placed. Misleading. A week or so later, they canceled my whole order "at your request." I never made any such request! Oh well. Probably for the best. Definitely doesn't seem like a reputable website.

I had a genuinely great experience with Candy in Bulk. Their customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, responsive, and very easy to deal with. Looking for my purchase which I have not yet received. I ordered about 3 to 4 weeks ago. Did receive a message it was being readied for delivery. So where is it?

I ordered Merckens melting chocolate and off brand werthers. They came with an ice pack and nothing was melted. I’ve also gotten nerds gummy clusters from here before too. Usually as long as I hit free shipping it’s cheaper than most places too.

As others have mentioned, horrible shipping which ended up with melted chocolate. They only offered a 30% refund due to their lack of packaging. Had i seen these reviews i would have stayed away.

Ok, I didn’t read the reviews before hand, I mean had I did I would have still ordered because the prices are really good. Maybe I would have avoided getting any chocolate, since I did also have the chocolate melt. I feel like with all the complaints about the same thing that might have help change that problem. I did feel the customer service was very quick with responding. They gave me back 30%, I can’t say I wouldn’t order again, just not chocolate. I’m giving three stars just because I did have to send a picture of the actual melted chocolate, which kind of annoyed me a little bit, but still didn’t hinder anything in my mind about ordering from there again.

Won't ever order from them again. I ordered chocolate and it did have an ice pack however it was totally warm when I received my order and all chocolate was melted. They only offered me a 30% refund for the chocolate. Disgusting. Charged me for an ice pack which I didn't receive. I have ordered a lot from them before but no more!
