Not happy with me delivery I got on the 6th December 2024, all the my cans of OUNTAIN DEW VOODEW MYSTERY FLAVOUR 2023 12 Pack wos open and damaged and 1 can pop and made the wet the box it look I got them from the bin, wot a waste £23 and I will not be coming back to you again 😭😭😭😭😢😢😢😢

I got some sweetened coconut - couldn't find it in the supermarkets

Ordered Wednesday arrived the next day no issue with order at all.

Really fast and good delivery however I was missing an item out of my box and when I contacted the store to try and get it sent back out, I received no reply from the business which is a shame because everything else about my experience with them was great but ultimately it brings the score down.

Ordered USA sweet bags. Tasted Off.. had to bin them. What a waste..

Emailed them 6-7 times over 10 days no response and tried calling them with no response

Upon spamming their Instagram they got back and sent me the remaining which I could not get because I had left the country despite telling them I want a refund not the item as I have left the country

I made an order for 6 items, two of these items were missing from the order while one was the wrong item.

I paid £3.99 delivery for the items and unfortunately the item that I had initially made the order for was the item that was missing. I contacted the store and to their credit they refunded me for the missing and incorrect items, though I would have preferred a replacement. I asked for a refund for the postage costs, given that there wasn't an option for replacement which I felt was fair, as I wouldn't have made the order otherwise.
They told me it wouldn't be feasible as they had already provided a refund for the incorrect item. Which was their mistake. And that it "wouldn't be productive".
They offered me a full refund upon return of all of their goods and told me they would arrange a courier. I contacted them a few days later as noone had come to collect the parcel. They're now claiming I missed the courier and will need to return the parcel to the post office. I feel as though they are purposefully creating hoops for me to jump through to spite my request for refund. The kicker being that the return label they sent me costs them almost as much as them just refunding the delivery costs. I find it amusing that an unhappy customer, shipping costs either way and a full refund is considered more productive than a £3.99 gesture of good will.

The company does not allow PayPal payments either.

Much more hassle than it's worth. I would not recommend and will avoid in the future.

Minor mistake but super fast reply and sent out the correct items for free!

Wanted jolly rancher candy canes for my Christmas tree this year and this was the only site I could find them on. Decided to order a few other things too. My order was dispatched really quickly, packed nicely and all the snacks are fresh and undamaged. Obviously foods imported from the US are expensive but the prices on this site are not unreasonable. Would definitely order again! Thank you!
