Issues with my order
Placed an order, confirmation email had wrong item on. Emailed them to ask for this to be changed, took about 5 days for a reply. Was confirmed my order was changed to the correct items. The following day they said one of the items was actually out of stock. 10 days later, item finally being posted.

Order has not been received prior to…
Order has not been received prior to Christmas which was blamed on the mail strikes. However, my order was express delivery and it is now two weeks passed and no order has been delivered. At present this website appears to be a scam until I receive my order and refund for express shipping.

I was worried about buying products…
I was worried about buying products from a company I could find hardly anything about. However, I decided to try it because Klarna had it listed as a trusted seller so I went for it. The shipping and delivery was really fast and the product arrived only two days after ordering. I would buy again from Candour!
