Great experience with C&C, highly recommend
I had a great experience with C&C. Natalie was extremely helpful over the phone and offered a great deal on top of the quote for Level 2 Homebuyers Survey. The survey was booked in quickly and the report was supplied the very next working day, and contained excellent detail and photos.

Very positive feedback
I have very positive feedback on the service that I have been provided by C&C. In particular I was provided excellent service by Saif Ullah who conducted the building survey at the property we were purchasing, and provided a detailed report on the findings. Saif Ullah also spent considerable time on phone explaining the findings to me and the actions that I needed to take to progress. Much appreciated service from C&C.

Overall a good experience
The level of detail contained in the Level 3 RICS survey report was good and contained accompanying photographs as evidence of what has been reviewed. We thought this was great along with the recommendations of what to get fixed/repaired. We were also really pleased with the detail in the valuation report. These were both sent to us well within the 5 day timeframe we were promised. The only downside for us is that the report did contain some information that we identified as not accurate. It stated that the property had heated skirting boards when it actually did not. C&C confirmed this was an error in the report and it did have me a little worried that there could be other inaccuracies here. We were assured the rest of the report was accurate; and to be fair, mistakes do happen from time to time. Overall a good experience.

Our surveyor Jan Volkan has done an extremely great job. His reports were very clear and we could get some clarification on the survey even when we got back to him after 2 months of conducting the survey. Highly recommended and affordable
