On time delivery
It was super easy the buying process online, and the same day a placed the order they called me to clarify and be sure about the date and hour. Later, when my boyfriend got the basket, he loved it! it was the exact day and time we talked. Really good customer service!

More than satisfied
I bought a birthday present for my boyfriend who lives in Israel. When I ordered it I asked for the time I wanted it to be deliver (it could be between 8-9 am and I wrote an specific hour because I was afraid it would not be there on time) and they answered me by email saying the couldn't promise the present would be there at that time and also that they would tell the messenger about it, I was glad because I knew they cared about it. Today my boyfriend got the present around 15-30 minutes after 8:00 (the time I wrote I wanted) and I'm very glad, the present looked great, very nice and on time, so I really recommind this page to surprise your loved ones :)
