Guter Service. RV in Top-Zustand! Unsere 4. Reise im RV. Dies war definitiv der bisher beste Vermieter. Wer grosse Teenager hat, sollte darüber nachdenken, ob im MHB allenfalls die Vollmatratze im Alkoven eine Alternative ist. Die zwei separaten parallelen Matratzen im Alkoven reichen gut und sind sehr bequem... ab 175cm Körperlänge wird aber subjektiv teils etwas kurz.

The Motorhome with slide out was…
The Motorhome with slide out was extremely comfortable and easy to drive. The check in and check out were fast and easy. All the explanations with videos were so helpful. The crew in Montreal very friendly. Our Travel was perfect thank you Canadream !!

Location efficace
La présentation du véhicule est claire et efficace. Nous avons eu besoin d'appeler pour un problème avec l'évacuation des eaux grises pendant notre séjour, on a rapidement eu quelqu'un au téléphone et on a trouvé une solution.
Juste une remarque sur l'équipement du véhicule : une penderie mais pas de cintres (ça aurait été utile), les placards sont tous communicants, pas de séparation, ce qui fait qu'au démarrage ou en montée, les affaires glissent toutes d'un coté, pas très pratique...

Great!
We booked from overseas, the whole process was transparent and smooth. Staff at Montreal office were very friendly, the RV was just great, very comptable.
Maybe one improvement area : the coffe machine and few other kitchen tools could have been of better quality.
Else it was perfect.

Less than perfect B class for an outrageous price
We rented a class B for a week from Montreal and people were nice. The per night cost was expensive enough, then with all the additional charges it became outrageous. It added up to about $600 per night plus gas plus camping fees. There was even a $350 cleaning fee up front because we brought our miniature poodle with us! I now know other outfits charge $150 max. Yes we still went with it, for the experience .
In spite of the elaborate online process, we had to ask again in person for the cutlery kit and linen that were not in the van at pickup. Even at the premium price we found the sliding door accordion bug screen non usable from get go. No bug screen in July, in Canada… really? The reading lights didn’t work either. Truck ran fine, though.
We had a great vacation in spite of all the issues and costs. but for that kind of money I expected no problems and five star hotels are probably in that price range!
We may try another camper rental next summer elsewhere, but we’ll be doing more shopping around with other outfits, including Outdoorsy, etc.

Very good RV
I am very satisfied with Canadream. The RV was perfect. Check-in went very quickly and everything was clear. Also when we returned the RV it went well and quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Canadream
Première fois que je louais un van chez un professionnel, je recommencerai sans hésiter. Comparé avec la location à un particulier le service est mille fois meilleur et m'a permis de profiter de mon voyage à 100% dans un super véhicule.

Giro di 10 giorni in Quebec
Abbiamo riservato un camper per fare un bel giro del Quebec. L'esperienza con CanaDream si é rivelata molto positiva, dalla riservazione online fino al ritiro del camper, il metto era praticamente nuovo 4'600km. Esperienza di 10 giorni con il camper veramente bella, nessun problema da segnalare. L'unica cosa a cui bisogna prestare molta attenzione é che nonostante sia richiesto 1/4 di serbatoio alla riconsegna del camper, cosa mai vista per nessun veicolo che abbiamo noleggiato, spingono a chiedere piu' di quello che é pattuito nel contratto firmato. Per il resto nulla da dire.

All things prepared and additional items available prior to pick-up. Full oral explanation at additional costs were well spent especially as a first-timer. RV clean and ready for use.
