Betrug! Mehr gibt es da nicht zu sagen. Am Telefon im Gespräch klingt alles so einfach und man sei ein perfekter Kandidat, aber nach dem man dann erstmal zur Bezahlung der knapp 400 Dollar genötigt wird und man Tage später die Auswertung des „Testes“ bekommt, ist man doch nicht mehr so perfekt und man solle doch weitere Tests machen. Englisch Kurs für weitere Hunderte von Dollar, um so an die notwendiger Punktzahl zu kommen. Davon ist natürlich vorher im Gespräch keine Rede.
Leider werde ich wohl mein Geld nicht zurück bekommen, da auch meine Bank die Leistung als „erbracht“ ansieht. Ich werde es jetzt noch über meine Rechtsschutzversicherung versuchen…

Der Prozess sieht seriös aus, die Plattform sieht offiziell aus. Schon am nächsten Tag erhält man hartnäckig Anrufe und emails. Am Telefon werden dann Fragen zur Familie, Ausbildung, Einkommen und Bankguthaben gestellt. Dann wird gesagt welche Vorteile man hat durch den Service und welche Dokumente man braucht. Sodann wird mitgeteilt, dass für den nächsten Schritt eine Zahlung von 2000 USD notwendig wird. An diesem Punkt habe ich aufgrund der Reviews auf Trustpilot den Prozess abgebrochen und mitgeteilt, dass ich nur erfolgsbasiert bezahlen werde, nicht per Vorauszahlung.

I received regular updates and felt supported the entire time. 100% recommended for anyone serious about moving to Canada.

Visited their website for information. Was called a day later. Answered a bunch of questions and was asked if I was seriously interested. In spite of my age (nearly 70) and in spite of having a medical issue with my lungs I was assured that I would qualify for a PR. In the mean time during the call had to make over 2000 USD. Stupid stupid stupid. Normally I never do this. Would send them our CV's, certificates, photos's passport copies etc asap. Let all of this sink in for a day and on day 2 informed them I was no longer interested and would refrain from sending them bio-data, cv's, etc. and wanted to make use of a 14 day grace period. ASked for a refund, minus a 1.5 hrs charge for the huy his time. Say a 100 USD? Suddenly within an additional 3 days received their assessment of our chances. Absolutely no problem. We would qualify. However my wife her data and my data were all mixed up, our professions and work experience was mixed up and absolutely no reference of me qualifying medically, in spite of reduced lung capacity and severely scarred lungs. In my opinion all done in a jiffy to counter my argument that without required supporting docs they could not complete the assessment (their statement). Now, I feel they have been in a hurry to throw something together to demonstrate they held up their part of the deal. However all the faults in the assessments and the lack of any quality control is what I would be paying for should I have continued with them? ALL TO SUCK YOU DRY OF MONEY AND FULL OF UNSUBSTATIATED STATEMENRTS AND PROMISES. But without any guarantees from their end that you will be successful in obtaining a Permanent Residence. Of course they are refusing to repay me .... saying that once they started you are liable. If this is the sort of consumer protection prevailing in Canada, than maybe it is not such a big loss not following up on this immmigration visa.

Hatte erst eine schlechte Bewertung ab gegeben wegen dem Preis
Von 39 $ plus das erste Formular 1500$ und dann wollten sie für das nächste nochmal 2500$ und dann habe ich gesagt ich storniere den Auftrag.
Und habe innerhalb von 3 Tagen das komplette Geld wieder zurück bekommen.
Sie sollten auf Ihrer Webseite vielleicht mal eine Beispiel Rechnung erstellen das jeder weiß was auf einen zu kommt dann gibt es auch keine negative Bewertung.
Den der Betreuer ( Eric Dalton) ist immer sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen weil das Gespräch in englisch geführt wurde.

I am always wary of responding to advertisements on social media, but I had an interest in finding out more about the visa requirements for Canada. It's a beautiful country and each time I've visited I've found it more welcoming and stable that where most of my family live (UK and USA).

I filled out a simple questionnaire and a couple of days later I got a call from one of their telesales agents.

When something seems to be too good to be true, you can generally discover that it is. The highly personal questions were the sort you would expect from someone overseeing or facilitating the right to move to a new country, but the repeated statement that I still qualified became more and more unbelievable.

I won't go into all the specific medical details as this is a public post, but I do have cancer and another two chronic conditions for which neither has a cure. In the summary at the end. I was deemed to be in good health. Not just good enough but good health.

During the conversation, although not stated by the agent, it became clear this was solely an attempt to get me to pay a fee regardless of what the final outcome would be. It was all so positive and lovely and repeated no problem statements I began to think it was a complete scam.

I'm certain that those people who actually qualify for the visa and emigrate to Canada would be pleased to pay, but this was a blanket lets get some money up front regardless of the outcome practice.

At best it's sharp.

There are other issues apart from health that would provide additional barriers to me getting to live in this lovely country (no I'm not a serial killer or international terrorist) but again, at each step it was "no problem".

If you have a look at the Canada Immigration site on line and think you have a good chance of qualifying then, this might be a cheaper option than employing an immigration lawyer etc, but BEWARE of this first step and beware of this company.

Ich war einer Werbeanzeige auf Facebook gefolgt und hatte meine Kontaktdaten angegeben. - Der Anruf kam bereits am nächsten Tag. Nach einem freundlichen Gespräch wurde erheblicher Druck gemacht, die Kreditkartendaten per Telefon zu übermitteln. - Die Reaktionen der Gesprächspartnerin auf meine Einwände, ich müsse erst einmal den rechtlichen Rahmen überprüfen, schienen auch nur das Ziel zu haben, die Kreditkarteninfos zu bekommen. - Ende war, dass sie "drohte", meine Daten zu löschen. Dennoch bekam ich am nächsten Tag wieder ein Mail mit einem Link zu einer Website, auf der versucht wurde, mit einer herunterzählenden Uhr Druck zu machen.
Fazit: für mich sieht das nach Abzocke aus!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This is a scam — or at the very least an incredibly corrupt organization that preys on people in urgent situations.

I’ve been helping someone find an alternative after they were taken for $16,500 across two payments. For context, legitimate third-party services usually cost a few hundred dollars if you even need help at all. If you’re comfortable doing the paperwork yourself (which honestly takes about an hour), the visa itself only costs a couple hundred dollars.

Anything over $500 is already pushing it — charging $9,000 to “process” an application and then another $7,500 is absolutely ridiculous.

Please stay far away from this place.

I checked the adress from CAI Services which is published in the Impressum.
The adress doesn't exist in Toronto. The street is not registered in the street Index of Toronto. What does it mean?
This is not a serious company.
And to the registration in Wien/ Vienna... it seems for me a not serious "thing" too.
In summary this is a high risc immigration action for me, not confirmed by the Canadian administration IRCC.
By the way, please read the terms and conditions what I did. This is another reason to communicate direct with the official administration IRCC regarding an immigration or visa request.

On first contact, by telephone, I was asked to pay 389CND to register an application after being assured that I would have a high probability of being accepted for permanent residence despite being aged 85, a widower, physically handicapped and having a pacemaker. This seemed so unlikely that I regarded it as a scam and ended the call. I was just curious to know if there is an official age limit for obtaining Permanent Residence in Canada, due to the universal national healthcare system. Surely there must be or Canada would be the destination of choice for the aged and infirm everywhere?!

Für mich stinkt das sehr nach abzocke!!!

Bei der telefonischen Aufnahme der persönlichen Daten wird man mit leeren Versprechungen gelockt Geld zu bezahlen um hinterher mit ungeeigneten oder sogar unmöglichen Vorschlägen von Einreiseprogrammen abgespeist zu werden.

Die Seite wurde mir als Werbung vorgeschlagen und ich habe meine Daten eingegeben, da mich der Service ansprach und weitergeklickt. Auf Seite 2 sollte ich aber dann meine Kreditkarteninformationen inklusive Prüfzahl eintragen. Die gesamten Kreditkartendaten inklusive Prüfzahl sollte man nie irgendwo eintragen, da damit sofort Zahlungen getätigt werden können. Ich habe die Anmeldung daher nicht abgeschlossen. Durch den ersten Klick wurden aber wohl meine Daten bereits gespeichert. Denn es rief mich wenige Tage darauf ein sehr netter Mensch an. Mein Telefon zeigte, dass der Anruf aus BC kam. Wir telefonierten eine halbe Stunde, es ging um Erfahrungen mit Kanada, war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Dann kam auch via Telefon die Kreditkartenabfrage. Auf das Drängen und Nachhaken ging ich nicht ein und erklärte, ich müsse erst prüfen, ob es sich um eine echte Organisation handele. Mir wurde gedroht, dass alles Gesprochene verloren gehen würde und es sollte so Druck zur Herausgabe der Infos gemacht werden. Die Person sprach immer weiter und ließ sich nicht verabschieden, sodass ich einfach auflegen musste, um aus dem Gespräch zu kommen. Lasst euch nicht unter Druck setzen und passt auf eure Daten auf.
