We have used this company twice now because of the excellent quality and service. My company logo is a bit complex, but they translated it to some patches and they turned out wonderful! All was delivered within a very reasonable time frame. Great communication and no surprises. I definitely recommend this company! You won’t be disappointed.

Jacob seems to have forgotten how to reply to messages. He is un attentive and un responsive. I am 99% this company is a scam I didn’t receive a tracking number for my delivery and no delivery date. He told me he would get back to me with the date and tracking info and I still haven’t heard from him.

We recently ordered 300 embroidered patches for our business. Jacob was very attentive through the process and quick to respond to all of our communications. The approval process, to my surprise, included a test run of our design with a few options for thread colours to make sure that the grey was exactly right. We chose from a photo of the actual patches and they arrived within the promised timeline. They are fantastic and we can't wait to share them with our customers! We plan to order embroidered hats next. Highly recommend.

Canada custom patches exceeded my expectations. The communication was excellent, mock up and print sample provided was a really easy way to review and approve through the process. And they arrived BEFORE my deadline which was awesome. I conducted additional due diligence to qualify them - spoke to two references of past customers just to make sure they were legitimate with so many scams and us being a charity. Noting that the patches are not made in Canada but this is the case for most items like this - to keep the pricing down as too expensive to manufacture in Canada due to labour and equipment costs. The company was transparent and highly professional and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.
