Ordered from them and paid for expedited shipping and today is the 8th day and my order hasn't been dispatched yet. Customer service is one of the worst I have encountered.

Hello Mohammed,
We’re truly sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused. Your order was placed during National Day holiday, when our warehouse was closed, which unfortunately delayed the dispatch. We also apologize for not keeping you informed in a timely manner.
Your order has now been shipped, and the tracking information should be updated within the next 1–2 days.
We understand that you paid for expedited shipping and that this experience fell short of your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Best regards,
OneTigris Customer Service Team

OneTigris for motorcycle camping
I have the Dipper Table, Blade Chair, Bulwark Tarp and Camp Light. All extremely well made and works fantastic. Above all they are small enough to fit in my motorcycle panniers. I have used them and for their price all are well above expectations.
