I had the pleasure of performing as an artist at an international event organized by this company on April 17, 2026, in Berlin. It was, without a doubt, one of the most professional events I’ve ever been part of.

From the initial planning and communication to the final execution, everything was perfectly organized and thoughtfully managed. The coordination was clear and efficient, the schedule was precise, and every detail seemed well considered. The entire team was not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly and easy to work with.

The location, timing, and overall atmosphere were all excellent. Everything ran smoothly and on time, which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free for everyone involved.

I can highly recommend this company truly top level in every aspect.

A truly special place with a magical atmosphere that greatly added to the overall experience. The wonderful location really helped us in fostering meaningful exchange, create a bond among the participants and created lasting memories. The interactions with Campfire in the run-up to the event were great: the team really worked hard to craft a unique experience that suited our group and objectives. During the retreat, Valeria was always on hand to support with any minor or major queries that come up and made us feel not just welcome, but also taken care of and valued.

Our management team held a four-day offsite at The Workstation. What could have been a very stressful experience for me turned out to be a remarkably smooth and relaxed one. Valeria, our event manager, together with her team, took care of everything with minimal guidance.

The team had an amazing time—enjoying the medieval walls, the stunning surroundings, and the charm of this beautiful part of Italy. The facilities were excellent, and the rooms and overall environment were warm and inviting.

We will definitely consider using their services again.

Letizia + the rest of the campfire team made this a phenomenal offsite. As an employee, I wasn't involved much in the planning or logistics of the off-site, but all I know is I didn't have to worry about a thing. All changes were adapted to smoothly, and our retreat was a huge source of laughter, bonding, & hard work.

We partnered with Campfire for our company's annual retreat. As a UK-based company, this was the first time the company went abroad for it and finding a partner that could help us sort out all of the details, spoke the local language and plan a truly memorable event was vital to its success. Over several months we worked closely with Letizia and the Campfire team to brainstorm and plan every last detail for the retreat in Italy. They were well organised, great at communication and always reachable when we had any questions. They ensured our team of over 30 were well taken care of at the venue and made sure that every request was handled in a timely manner. Her attention to detail, calm professionalism, and thoughtful touches made the entire retreat seamless, inspiring, and unforgettable. Elisa, you’re one of a kind!
