Misleading. Customs charges on product to Ireland even after being redirected to Ireland site.

I am very sorry you have found the site to be misleading. When ordering from outside of the UK any UK VAT is refunded or removed from the final price, you are then required by law to pay taxes and duties at your local rate.

The box the fridge was delivered in was…
The box the fridge was delivered in was knocked about --in fact it was a layer of cardboard wrapped around the outside and very flimsy-- luckily it was not to damaged--did not give the impression that the item was actually new --tested and eventually after tips from Kevin it did work
staff were very helpful--
