Camera Resale Omdömen

Trustworthy and reliable service. Kept informed by e-mail every step of the way. Offered good price for the camera and sent a pre-paid label. I was honest about the condition (good) and working order (fully). No quibble once they received it (unlike other companies)
Would fully recommend and Louis was especially friendly and helpful

I was very impressed with the service. The team responded quickly and explained everything clearly in a friendly manner. The quote provided was fair and in line with what I expected. Overall, the process—from enquiry to payment—was simple and hassle-free

The communication was quick and the initial quote I recieved was honoured when they recieved my camera. The money was in my account the day after and i found the whole process very easy.

I contacted the company about an old camera we had. After my initial contact the whole process of sending them the camera for their evaluation and my agreement to their offer was very quick and efficient. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Very easy transaction with great communication.
Also Camera Resale paid significantly more for the equipment than I was offered elsewhere

Speedy and efficient service, professional and friendly. Prompt settlement - would recommend.

Easy company to deal with. Prompt and friendly reply to my initial enquiry, free postage on Royal Mail to convey my gear, collected from your home if needed. The best thing is that they accept a wide variety of equipment types and ages, compared to others who either want only relatively recent products, or who will only "cherry pick" certain types of gear. Fast payment at the end of the process!

Amazing service very honest so easy to deal with

We were met with kindness and efficiency in the way our transactions were handled. We were kept informed at all times and payment was promptly made.
As it was a difficult time of loss for us, we appreciated all of this.

Very quick and positive responses.

The company responded straight away, gave me a reasonable offer, then on receipt of the camera quickly issued me a refund to my bank.

I thought this company might be too good to be true… money for a pile of old faulty and broken camera kit! whole process seemed far too easy, smooth and quick, but the money has just hit my bank account and I couldn’t be happier with the service!! Thanks to Louis that sorted the whole process for me.

So easy to sort take a pic of my old cameras emailing they sent offer with lable to.post for free.
Posted confirmed offer within a week paid into PayPal.
Excellent honest service.

Great way to recycle old camera and video equipment. The team are quick to respond to emails and are extremely helpful.
Send photos, receive an estimate, free postage and cash in our account all within 3 days (weekend delayed the transaction a little).

I saw this company amongst others but what stood out to me was the reviews. I contacted them and found them extremely helpful and honest. After receiving the postage paid sticker I sent the equipment off and without delay they contacted me with an honest price. A couple of hours later the money was in the bank. Thank you for an effortless sale . Rob

I have very little experience of selling things and was a bit wary of dealing with companies advertising on line to buy.
This Company were very professional, helpful, prompt and pleasant to deal with. They made the process very easy.
I would definitely recommend them.

After initial contact by e mail, sent goods via pre paid postage, and received prompt payment for the mutually agreed amount. Excellent customer service and follow up throughout. No hesitation in recommending this firm, and would use them again.

TRD. Portsmouth.

Further to my initial review (below) the company contacted me - they had somehow overlooked my e-mail and apologised. After that contact was great and as a result we managed to do a satisfactory deal.

Original review
Useless company (by the way they have changed their name to camera resale). Sent them a list of equipment by email, they never had the courtesy to respond.

Found this company online.

Used their online form to submit details of the small click and point cameras I had accumulated over the years. Didn’t include any photos just thought I’d see if the cameras were likely to be worth anything.

The response was quick (within 48 hours) and very polite. I was surprised by the potential worth for things I’ve not used for years - a range was provided depending on the condition once received.

I downloaded the free postage label and sent my box off. I advised I’d done this by email and had a personal response advising that the boxes were usually received within 2 days.

Received an email 2 days later offering me more than the original minimums offered for the 4 working cameras. 2 were found not to be working, which was not a surprise given their age. I didn’t have to accept the offer I could have asked for all or any of the items to be returned to me.

Offer accepted by email and money received into my bank account the following day.

This company were a real pleasure to deal with.

It was extremely easy and quick to get a quote and payment. The staff kept in contact and provided excellent guidance. The price offered was fair. I would highly recommend this service
