Good wine sold at a competitive price and carriage paid for the quantity I ordered. Case was very well packaged and delivered quickly and on time.

Great selection, good pricing, but no notification of delivery
Great selection and competitive pricing but was a little disappointed not to be contacted about a delivery date and time. The wine just arrived. It was lucky there was someone here to receive it.

Apologies for the late reply. If it was a national delivery, you should have received notification from DPD or ParcelForce/Royal Mail. Not sure why you didn't. If it was a local delivery, by our own driver, unfortunately we currently can't offer a delivery window. I will however, see if we can at least confirm what day it will be delivered. As a general rule, though, if you order before noon, you'll get it the next business day.
Great selection and service
Was able to get a rum that had been discontinued for a reasonable price. Quick delivery as well. Very pleased.

Reliably excellent customer service
The product line I wanted was marked on the website as "Free shipping available", which was great news as I did not want to place an order to the minimum value (£120) that would normally qualify for free shipping. However, when I tried to place my order I got a message saying the wine in question was not eligible to be shipped to my address - even though I hadn't actually entered an address!
When I emailed customer services they couldn't have been more helpful. I got a prompt and friendly response saying that there must have been a data entry glitch, which would be sorted with all speed. The person who responded said that he thought the free shipping offer might have been an error too, but said that he'd ensure that it wasn't removed until I'd managed to place my order. He was as good as his word - within an hour or so I was able to place an order for four bottles of my chosen wine with free shipping, and duly received the wine a couple of days later.
This was not the first time I've had recourse to Cambridge Wine Company's customer services (they do seem to be slightly prone to website glitches!). The previous occasions were marked by exactly the same sort of prompt, friendly and helpful response, whether by email or phone. I will, I'm sure, continue to buy wine from them from time to time, as their range is excellent too.

Broad range of wines, not great customer service though
Broad choice of wine from a wide geographical area and different price points; however, I had to cancel a ticket last minute and didn't find any link to do this online. I asked at event the reception, for either a refund or wine voucher, and was told someone would get back to me which did not happen.
