I've wanted a Cambridge Satchel bag for a long time and finally agreed to treat myself. I picked out my bag with the help of the shop assistant who assured me that they could punch extra holes in the straps and cut off the excess to make it fit me perfectly. I pay for the bag and choose to get it embossed but when the shop assistant's colleague comes to do the work he makes it clear that he can give it a go punching the extra holes but it would leave lots of excess that he can't cut off and that I would have to take it to a leather work shop and pay extra for that. Luckily we we had this conversation before he embossed my initials onto the bag and I got a refund. It's disappointing that a company that I associate with high quality products can't do minor modifications with confidence in their shops.

I had a great experience at Cambridge clinic. It was the best clinic I have been to. Thank you to the Italian man who helped me, I think he was called pietro.

Ordering was incredibly easy and shipping was so fast. I ordered from the states on a Saturday and received my bag on a Wednesday. The traveler bag is beautiful, well made and exactly what I was looking for.

The 11 inch handbag is perfect. It is a beautiful bag; amazing quality. Great value for the money.

I shopped in the Edinburgh store and had a lovely experience - the store it’s self is very beautiful and has lots of options without feeling cluttered. The staff member who served me was also incredibly friendly, helpful and patient with me whilst I deliberated between styles. The two bags I chose in the end (the Quest traveller and the Ivy Sophie) are both made to such a high quality finish and I’m sure will be the first of many more purchases. My only wish would be that the Sophie was a little bigger height wise.

This is the first time I have purchased from CSC. I love the design because although I need a relatively large bag, I love the elegance, design and quality that is immediately apparent upon touch.

I did go to my local store (Oxford) and although the manager (Will) was extremely helpful (and knowledgeable) they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock, so I ordered online. Communications were brilliant and I received it next working after they received my order.

I visited the Cambridge store and it was my first time visiting due to not being local to Cambridge. There was a wide range of lovely bags and satchels in a range of colours. Everything was laid out clearly so that I could comfortably view each bag inline with COVID rules. It made picking the satchel I purchased much easier and both members of staff where very helpful so it was a pleasant experience. The quality of my satchel will mean that it will last me for years to come.

Great product and finishing. I ordered a Mens Batchel and I really like it. I wish there was a zipper pocket inside to carry things like keys and maybe a USB stick. Satifisfied with the overall product

For reference, I bought the blue leather music case. I love the quality of the leather and the embossment. Very clean cut, the unfinished interior is also an additional plus. I overall love the look and the feeling, I look forward to the bag ageing a little so it is more comfortable to wield, the leather is a bit firm to touch right now because its brand new.

I love the shape of the Poppy bag!
I purchased it in the color, Midnight Picnic.
It is a stunning and not the typical color I’ve ever seen. It is a blue violet, and it is most vibrant in daylight.
The Poppy is crafted well, and the simple functionality of one open compartment is just perfect for the @on the go, grab everything and stash it inside” gal!
The duality of crossbody to top handle is also a great attribute to this current design. I think I found the absolute perfect bag for me!
