Excellent service, couldn’t ask for more
Lisa and the team were excellent, they came to take my wife away (from our home) with dignity. They helped me navigate through the whole funeral process. Nothing was too much trouble and I knew I could call and ask any questions any time. Thank you.

Lisa and Lee were like family members…
Lisa and Lee were like family members to us from the moment we arrived. Lisa, lovely beyond , such comfort on our worst days. Nothing was too much for Lisa guiding us gently through every single detail necessary. Gosh their job is not easy ! Amazing lady, amazing service. It’s not the company or brand that’s important in life and even death , it’s the people who work in them . What a team you are Lee and Lisa. It was my first funeral to organize and it was not a traditional funeral either, Military, Gurkhas, Nepalese, Pipers,VIPs, foreigners and many extra details. My Father, Lt Col David Ivison thanks you truely and is delighted with his tremendous send off. Thank you Lisa and Lee.
Lee was leading my Dads coffin, handsome and decorated with his medals, my Dad is grateful for all your efforts Lee. We are proud to have you at Dads funeral .
Lisa recommend absolutely everything on time, appropriately and with love and care.
All the family and guests are still talking about how wonderful everything was .
I could write so much more on all the good Lisa and Lee did for us.
