I bought a 3 pack of mens boxer shorts from the Calvin Klein Underwear Store in London St Pancras last night on the way home. They were a gift for my son and when I got home my wife spotted they were the wrong size, I had bought XL instead of L. I popped straight back to the store this morning to explain the situation and asked for an exchange as we hadn't unpacked them and the seal was clearly still intact. To my surprise, (and anger) the lady refused to exchange them even though she acknowledged that I had not opened the packet, stating that it is the shop policy not to exchange underwear. I understand and accept the returns policy for not exchanging underwear for hygiene reasons, but when the packaging hasn't even been opened this is just nonsense. From a customer service perspective, I would argue that the shop policy regarding returns is not aligned with providing customer satisfaction. Good bye Calvin Klein, you will definitely not be on my preferred list of gifts for friends and family like you have been the last few years. I think your customer service is poor and you need to review your returns policies.
Never again will I buy from that store or even buy Calvin Klein again from anywhere.

Misleading delivery times
The delivery times stated on the website applies to after the order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
Standard delivery of 4-5 days could mean that you will receive your item more than half a month later.
I ordered the item 1 week ago and have not heard from them since and emailed to chase up.
Customer service CANNOT communicate with warehouse to find out when the item is due to be dispatched and we just have to wait.
Once they hear from warehouse, they will send an email and it takes another 4-5 days before it reaches customer!
The customer service does reply but cannot really provide you with any information that you want.

Only give 1 star becase 0 is not an opton. Ordered Handbag for my mothers 79th Birthday, ordered in good time more than a week before her birthday. Other than the initial confirmation email no more communication, the day before her birthday I called customer services and was told there is a deley, as CK do not ship anything from the UK. The agent can see that the order has only just been shipped and still needs to arrive in the UK pass customs before being shipped locally. I asked if the shipping could be set to priority, answer "No, we don't do priority shippin" - Pleae notice they still sell the option for priority shipping. CK should be better than this, however they are a really poor company now they do not offer the evel of service to match the price tag. A brand like this depends on service and customer satisfaction, CK have lost the plot. Time to use other premium brands.

Brought 5 pack of boxers for £60 . Says they fit true to size , the sizing is outrageous ! I am usually a L in boxers I still decided to go up 1 size to XL and the fit and quality is terrible . Never buying from here again
Incredibly slow and unhelpful
Incredibly slow and unhelpful. Ordered some jeans ahead of a holiday, they hadn't shipped after five days so cancelled the order as wouldn't arrive in time. Told they can't cancel (even though the items hadn't been dispatched) so would need to wait for them to arrive to an empty house, refuse delivery and then when they are returned request a refund. Decided to contact credit card company for a chargeback instead.
Horrible customer service/missing delivery deadlines
Ordered stuff as a gift and allowed enough time for it to arrive just to receive an email a week later saying theres a delay. Contacted customer service and the guy was very unhelpful, copy pasting each email of his and saying that they cant do anything about it, its not their responsibility and it is high season hence theres a delay ( high season in February!) ridiculous!! Poundland would have better customer service and give more assistance than CK does for they money

Inaccurate sizing information.
Wow, wished I'd read these reviews before ordering - I'd have taken my money elsewhere.
However I didn't, and ordered two tops. The accuracy of their claimed sizing is wildly out. Both tops were at least two sizes smaller than they claimed on both the website and label.
Sending them back, and will spend my money elsewhere.
Disappointed, as I'd have expected better of a name such as Calvin Klein.
Won't be buying from them again
I bought two sets of underwear for almost 90£, got a confirmation email, the money were taken out of my account, and five days later I got another email notifying me that my order was canceled because the items were currently sold out. I called their customer service only to be told that sometimes there are delays in updating the website, which I personally find somewhat ridiculous coming from a retailer of their size and reputation. I asked them to at least speed up the refund process, which the email says can take up to 14 working days, only to be told that this process is handled automatically and there is nothing they can do. I paid 90£ for a product I will not receive and it might take me a full month to be refunded for a cancelation that was made due to their error. The employee I spoke to was kind, but he could not provide me with any actual solutions. I will not be shopping from them ever again.

I have been in contact with them since July 2021 (it's January 2022 now), and they still haven't been able to resolve the problem with my 9x underwear order.

pacco non ancora arrivato, nel frattempo ho ricevuto un paio di mail (di quelle copia incolla) da parte di CK dove mi dicevano che erano dispiaciuti e che se volevo il rimborso dovevo rispedire indietro la merce, piccolo problema ... LA MERCE NON E' MAI ARRIVATA E MAI ARRIVERA', ergo, come ca...spita faccio a mandarla indietro ?? roba da matti.
nel frattempo ho aperto una pratica paypal per avere il rimborso, pratica alla quale non si sono mai degnati di rispondere.

Ho effettuato un ordine (31006602974) in data 8 gennaio con tempi di consegna stimati in 4 giorni.
il 10 gennaio quindi due giorni dopo, mi scrivono: "Ciao, Stiamo lavorando duramente per farti arrivare il tuo ordine il più rapidamente possibile. Purtroppo, a causa dell'elevata domanda, stiamo riscontrando un lieve ritardo.
Prevediamo di spedire il tuo ordine entro il 14.01.2022. Non preoccuparti, ti invieremo un'altra email una volta che il pacco sarà stato spedito!".
Il 17 (tre giorni dopo il limite che si erano prefissati) finalmente mi arriva un altra mail dove mi informano di avere spedito l'ordine, faccio il tracking della spedizione ed UPS mi dice che consegna il 18.
Il 18 non arriva nulla, ne tantomeno il 19 od il 20.
Rifaccio il tracking e ups non mi da piu notizie, il tracking mi dice lanconicamente "La data di consegna sarà indicata il prima possibile".
A questo punto scrivo al magnifico servizio clienti spiegando la mia problematica, chiedendo di annullare l'ordine e ridarmi i soldi, spedire un nuovo articolo, oppure in extrema ratio di sostituirlo con un articolo simile. Il fantasmagorico servizio clienti mi risponde (con una mail standard) dicendo che l'ordine è stato spedito e di rivolgermi ad UPS.
Ma stiamo scherzando ??? la spedizione è un servizio che mi avete offerto e che ho pagato, e di cui siete responsabili e dovrei andare io a cercare il mio pacco ?? e se il pacco non arriva ? e se non è mai partito ?? lo trovo un comportamento altamente scorretto, ai limiti del raggiro e della truffa.
Sicuramente mi rivolgerò ad altroconsumo per far valere i miei diritti.
Di certo non comprerò mai più da loro.
Un piccolo consiglio, il commercio elettronico è una cosa che va fatta seriamente, lasciate perdere, non fa per voi.
Evitate di fare pessime figure, e di svalutare il vostro brand.

Really awful ie no form of customer service, ordered my items on 15th for birthday on 23rd, checked delivery at time of purchase, information said 3-5 working days, so proceeded with purchase, didn’t arrive, messaged them to explain situation, got a snotty email back, confirming that delivery 2-5 days but basically saying the package will arrive when it arrives, no apology for missing the birthday or for incorrect information that was given at time of purchase - so tough luck ! items arrived 27th - won’t use them again.

Awful. Paid £3.95 for delivery and they emailed me to say it would be delayed by 2 weeks, and tried to give me a 10% discount that expires in a month for the inconvenience like as if I would order again within that time frame. So I asked for a refund of the delivery amount and they refused and said that the discount is only complimentary. Absolutely awful customer service, if any items have taken longer than the time you’ve paid for the delivery with any other company they refund the delivery for you out of good will, but not this company. Considering it’s a high end company you’d think they wouldn’t be so quick to rip off customers. Disgusting.
Awful quality and so expensive!
I was so excited to order some good quality socks and a sweater after losing faith in so many high street brands. However, after washing them all according to the instructions, the fabric has become bobbled, fuzzy, worn and faded. I am super disappointed and won’t be buying from CK again. Such a shame!
Poor service
Poor service. Don't buy Calvin Klein Direct! Go to a 3rd party supplier like John Lewis or Next who will actually provide some customer support if their delivery people deliver your parcel to the wrong address or just lie about the delivery.
A company like Calvin Klein should use a delivery company that provides evidence of delivery. And they should support their customer not offload them with no options for resolution.
