Not a positive experience
I ordered two heaters.
Only one arrived and no reason given as why second one didn't.
The one that did arrive was obviously used previously with evidence of rust and fittings missing.Parts bent out of shape also.

You can return the unused product back to us by completing the returns form which was attached to the email within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
