Calming Blankets Omdömen 

Very bad customer service.
No way of contacting them other than email which they seem to ignore. They promote calm but really what they do here is induce stress.
I want to cancel an order and send back calming blanket as it is not for me in fact it felt horrible. Heavy and lumpy .
My order was sent out regardless of the fact I gave over 24 hours to cancel.
They give a time window to return the blanket and tell you you need to contact them for returning to get labels etc.
Days tick by with no response... I wonder if it's a plot so you keep the goods and avoid refunding you ? Eventually you'll give up getting ignored ?

Brought QT the Quokka weighted soft toy for my long distance best friend just to show her I care and hope that QT will help her sleep at night and she loves him! Couldn’t recommend enough the customer service was great as well very helpful and quickly responded! QT arrived 4 days after checkout which is really good compared to a lot of other companies. I paid for the £2 extra safe delivery which is really good price but I think the free delivery would’ve been equally just as good due to the excellence of the customer service team who are quick to respond and happy to help! Thank you again calming blankets!

Blanket arrived super fast and I was so excited to try it out!! I was having trouble sleeping due to anxiety and stress thought the blanket would help me sleep better. It’s not a miracle product that immediately cured my insomnia the first night, but after using it for a few weeks I have noticed I’ve been overall sleeping better! I can fall asleep much quicker and get a deeper more restful sleep! I also grab it to curl up on the couch when I’m feeling anxious I’m general! It’s super soft and very comfortable I love it!!

The blanket was great, but receiving an email every day or two from "Erika from Calming Blankets" is getting mighty irritating.

I would have gone for an adult size I thought kids/single bed it would have been that length my son wanted it to cover his legs and he’s only short for a 9 year old

Didn't feel any different to a regular blanket but heavier. Did cause overheating on several occasions (this is with the cooling blanket). Not for everyone. Customer service were happy to offer free returns/refund. Great service.

I bought a mattress topper and it has made the world of difference to our sleep. It is a wonderful product. I would also rate Calming Blanket's customer service very highly. The first topper we bought got lost in the mail by Aust Post. Calming Blankets sent out a replacement immediately via priority post at no further expense to me.

My sleep used to be really disrupted, I slept really lightly and often woke from dreams. Every morning I'd wake up feeling sleep deprived which had a carry over effect with my energy and my mood throughout the day. Since night one I've slept deeply and through the night. I use it every night now and look forward to going to bed and snuggling down with it knowing I'll feel rested when I wake. I do wish I'd discovered it years ago and will recommend it to everyone.

The plushies are beautiful and they fit perfect in your lap for a cuddle

I purchased my weighted blanket to see if it would help me sleep better. I've never liked switching to a lighter weight duvet for the Summer because I don't like how the 4.5 tog duvet feels on me, it's too light but with warmer nights I was overheating and waking in a sweat. The blanket felt a little strange for the first few nights and very heavy on my body but I slept much deeper than I usually do and wasn't tossing and turning in the middle of the night like I usually do. After 4 weeks of use, I'm sleeping much better and the blanket doesn't feel as heavy on my body but still provides a comforting feeling.

I bought an adult-size weighted blanket as a birthday present for my wife as she loves it. She's had restful and uninterrupted sleep ever since.

Beyond the therapeutic benefits, the quality is great value.

Lastly, my ordering experience was very easy and delivery was within 2 days.

Ever since I’ve had my calming blanket I actually look forward to going to bed instead of dreading it. I no longer toss and turn unable to get to sleep. I sleep soundly and wake up feeling refreshed. Wholeheartedly would recommend these blankets to anyone having difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep.

I purchased the king size blanket for my teenage son with Downsyndrome. He has a double sized bed but is fussy with it. It has to cover his bed and tuck in at the sides and be perfect. The King size only just tucks in so I was a little disappointed with that. He is enjoying it though and sleeping well, it is really silky-smooth I was worried about the dog catching her nails and marking the cover but this has not happened
Over all we are happy 😊

I love my weighted blanket. It is great to use even during the warmer weather.

Order #CB207758 - with "same day" delivery

Tuesday morning: I placed an order for a friend's gift paid extra for the "same day" delivery to ensure delivery before the following Tuesday. I got an email soon after saying it was out for delivery. I heard nothing for the rest of the day.
Wednesday: Received an email from Star Track couriers saying order was out for delivery and providing a tracking number. No update to tracking details all day.
Thursday: No update to tracking details all day. Emailed calming blanket (because there is no phone number). I got an automated response saying they will respond in 1-2 business days and not to send any further emails for risk of being 'pushed back' in the queue.
Friday: Tracking details updated to provide that the Star Track job is now cancelled. Called Star Track and after 3 calls was advised that the reason for cancelling was that the stock wasn't provided to the warehouse. Text message from Calming Blankets received at 5:30pm saying I have been refunded $9.99.

Now stuck without the birthday gift for birthday on Tuesday. This business shouldn't offer same day delivery. It is false and misleading to lure customers in.

I am loving my 4.5 kg calming blanket. My sleep has definitely improved and I feel so much better because of it. It seems to help my body rest and detox better overnight. I can tell when I see myself in the mirror each morning! I also like the way it hugs my body for a snug fit, keeping the cold air out.
