Calming Blankets Omdömen 

I bought mine from the UK site. Service was good & product well-packed, arrived within the time specified.

The blanket itself is amazing! I got it in August so have used it for a couple of months before posting this. When I'm anxious or overwhelmed it does have a calming, containing quality to it. It eases the physical symptoms then I find my mind slows down as a result. It's even helpful for a nap during the day as it brings my heart rate down faster and makes me feel comforted.

I chose the bamboo blanket as I struggle to regulate my temperature & can get night sweats. When I've slept under it it's been brilliant, even during the last heatwave; no sweats or overheating (as I would get with the synthetic fabrics). It's still warm though - I haven't been cold when I've used it overnight as the night-time temperatures have been lower. The bamboo is also super-soft and silky, so really lovely against your skin.

A note about sleeping under it; the first couple of times I woke up feeling sluggish and woozy. This could be due to having one of the heavier blankets, or perhaps that I sleep more deeply when using it. I found that this went away with time though.

My only criticism would be the lack of choice where covers are concerned. It's a good idea to have a cover (especially if you're sleeping under it), but there's currently only grey or white. I bought my blanket in the beautiful pale green colour and I don't want to cover it in something dull. I can't use the blanket with a normal duvet cover as the weight will just cause it to fall into one lump inside. Pllllllleeeeeeeease can we have some nicely-coloured covers? Preferably in bamboo too, as the texture is gorgeous :)

Arrived quickly and free postage. Brilliant price for a brilliant product. Win/win! My sleep has improved over the last few days since using my new weighted blanket. I got the 6.8kg and highly recomend. I've now ordered the sleep/pillow spray. Really recommend my blanket.

Final update.... My new blanket came today and it weighs 9.9kg so I'm chuffed and can't wait to try it now. Massive thanks to Luke for fixing this for me yes there was slight trouble with Royal Mail but Luke was giving me updates and regular contact so now 5 star worthy. Again Thank you Luke.
Update - Luke a manager as contacted me and as sent me a new blanket and assured me it will be the correct weight and this was an isolated issue so fingers crossed my new blanket will be correct and I can use soon. I'll update when it arrives.
Update- so I got email at 9.28pm this evening asking to send picture of barcode on box. So I did to then get a reply saying yes you did recieve 9kg blanket, well I didn't so I replied that I weighed it and it's not 9kg so I want what I paid for and I want the manager to now contact me as this is ridiculous. I have recieved my blanket the 9kg that I ordered and I thought this feels light, so I rolled up the blanket and weighed it to see that it only weighs 7.9kg. I have emailed the company with photo but its gutting that it was dispatched Monday so been waiting all week excited to try it this weekend to find out its not even heavy enough for adult male over 85kg so I wouldn't benefit from it. I am hoping the company reply to me soon with resolution to this issue and explain why I paid for 9kg and recieve 7.9kg. This is terrible business but I will update as soon as they reply and sort out.

Took advantage of a half price sale to get my girlfriend something she's always wanted.

Received a gorgeous perfectly sized blanket very quickly - Ordered Wednesday and had the blanket by the following Monday. She's says she's never been calmer than when she's under the blanket, so thank you for your marvellous product. Much appreciated

I ordered two Kevin the Koala teddies on July 3rd and it still hasn’t been dispatched (as of July 21st). I sent an email on July 13th to which the reply was “we’re busy, just be patient”. This is extremely unreasonable and frustrating.

I didn’t received any emails or explanations as to why it’s late, prior to me reaching out to them. Once I did reach it, I was told it’s because they experienced a higher volume of orders. The part that frustrates me the most is that they had a “50% off store-wide” sale when I ordered. Why bother with such a big sale if your warehouse or management staff are clearly incapable of handling it?

I am writing this review in the hopes that they finally just send my TWO TEDDY BEARS, if not I’ll be contacting them for a refund.

Don’t just wait and hope it will arrive because chances are it won’t.
When I questioned where my order was first I was told to “just wait and don’t keep emailing” “it was the warehouse fault” , then it was “a problem with the website”, then the color I chose was out of stock- requested any other color in same blanket….. oh but then if needed to pay more so I could receive a blanket!

I’m afraid I don’t think this company care much about customers, especially after reading the reviews I see I’m not the only one.
I have received a refund but still left me out of pocket about $20.

I placed my order on June 18, in all this time I have not received any information, if I did not contact them this week I would still be waiting for a blanket that was oversold... very bad first experience, they agreed to give me a refund, just a waste of time… My is family coming over next month and now I will have to buy in a different place without much time.

I haven't received my order yet. I placed it on the first of June. I am currently speaking with ACCC and Fair trading to understand my rights as I believe this was handled unprofessionally. You have stolen my money as I have not received any communication apart from when I followed up and then was a standard template reply advising it is still being fulfilled within the CFC team. Next stage would be shipping. Looking at another 8 to 10 working days. This is a joke

I can only echo all the positive feedback l read before buying this blanket it’s smooth its warm it’s breathable and it’s got weight !

Responses from the company was quick and polite. Item was also posted and delivered really quickly

I really love the material and weight in the kids blanket but my 4 yr old struggles to get it to sit right which can have the opposite affect as the inside moves around the outer layer so I have to constantly straighten the edges out and also it’s slightly small for bigger kids which I didn’t realise so sad it won’t last to many years but overall it’s well made and a great weight.

Better than I expected. Took a week to get use to the weight. After a big operation, I felt I needed something to help me sleep at night. It is like a big hug. The blanket holds you in place so you don't toss and turn as much. I am thinking about getting another one. Love, love, love.

I have two of their weighted blankets, I really prefer the bamboo one to the usual king/queen quilt. The bamboo one breathes very well and has great temperature regulation. I find that the usual king/queen blankets make me overheat quickly, but having the heavier blanket is amazing. Really wish they did a 12/15kg bamboo blanket!

I bought 4 of the Kevin Koalas for the youngest of my grandchildren. They don't sleep without them and if they're upset about something, they run for their new comfort buddies. They arrived very quickly and were really well packaged. I love the bag they come in because I was able to write a little note on them for the grandchildren.

The Calming blanket has improved our sleep substantially. My lower back pain has reduced. Love it.

We had a very pleasant experience with calming blankets. The customer service team were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel like we were their top priority. We received quick email responses when we had questions and found the whole experience of getting our weighted blanket very easy. In addition, we are very happy with the blanket weight and colour that we received.

The blanket is warm and well weighted. The weighted element does move a lot and bunches up in spots.

Super comfy and is like getting a hug every night. Perfect if you're single like me
