High Risk Shipping Experience for an Expensive Order

My ~$300 order was delayed without any notification. I only learned about the delay after emailing Calecim to ask where my order was. Even then, no shipment email was sent—the only notification I received came directly from FedEx, not Calecim.

The order was eventually shipped in multiple FedEx packages with mandatory signature required, with no ability to redirect, hold, or manage delivery due to shipper restrictions. During the holiday season, this is extremely inconvenient.

I stayed home waiting for delivery, yet no knock or doorbell, followed by a “we missed you” notice. Redelivery is scheduled while I’ll be on vacation, and I’m not allowed to request a vacation hold, so there’s a real risk I may not even receive my order.

In my opinion, the serum is the only product worth buying. The rest were underwhelming for the price, which makes the entire experience harder to justify.

Between the poor communication, delivery risks, and lack of flexibility, I would not recommend ordering from Calecim.

Amazing products

Amazing products! I noticed improvements in my skin literally I overnight. There are countless expensive skincare products outv there Ive used for months & I never saw a difference in my skin. Improve scalp health and hair density

My scalp was inflamed with itchiness/ redness/ and concerning hair loss. I tried red light therapy, minoxidil, and many expensive hair serum. Nothing brought consistent result. I am so glad I found and tried the hair serum. I followed the product instructions and saw amazing results. My scalp felt much more balanced and much less hair loss after the first couple of bottles. And I actually see lots of hair growth after for first couple of months. I am now in my 4th month of using this product and I can't be happier that I finally found a way to restore my hair density - less shedding, more growth and maintaining. I have been recommending this product to my friends and family.

Improved After a Little Public Encouragement

Update:
After my original review, a tracking number magically appeared — apparently all it needed was a public performance to materialize. The package showed up a couple of days later, which was honestly faster than I expected at that point. And yes, the free gift did make its grand entrance too, so credit where it’s due. The ending was much better than the beginning, even if the plot twist required a little nudge.

Placed my order on December 1, with their promise of shipping in 1–3 days. Cute promise — except nothing shipped. Instead, I got copy‑paste replies about “exceptionally high volume of Black Friday promotion orders.” Translation: we didn’t plan ahead, but we’ll pretend this is normal.

Then customer service assured me my order would be delivered on December 17. Delivered! Except… no tracking, no package, no surprise. Today is December 18, and I’m still waiting, though I must admit the suspense is almost theatrical.

And let’s not forget the complimentary gift they like to mention — according to other reviews, it has a habit of vanishing somewhere between promise and reality. I suppose mine will be joining that tradition.

The attitude is just as bad as the logistics. I was even considering subscribing — but why subscribe to a service that can’t even ship what you already paid for? If this is “professional,” I’d hate to see amateur hour.

Awesome product but Nightmare customer service

Love the product itself but the company has no idea how to manage their logistics. I usually order from an authorized retailer but for the first time ordered directly from Calecim during BF sale. My order arrived a week later, missing a bottle of serum ($100) - multiple emails later, their customer service continues to ask the same rhetorical question “can you share the details & image of the shipped package?” - I provided the requested details twice, only for them to ask the exact same question again.

Their website also mentions complimentary samples but none were ever sent.

UPDATE: After some back-forth, I finally received my missing item as well as an extra bottle of the serum.

Nice product but customer service isn't great.

I received an email saying a complimentary gift would be included in my next subscription order. It was not! When I contacted csutomer support (took longer than promised two days) they said I was only sent what I ordered. When I replied to look at the email chain, they didn't even bother with a reply.
Such poor customer service makes me doubt the integrity of the product and I am now considering cancelling my subsciption.

UPDATE: Initially I rated Calecim as a one star due to their lack of keeping their word and poor follow through. After my Trustpilot review I did get an email from customer service, and today, 31/12/25 finally received the free gift they had promised to include in my December shipment. So I am changing my rating to 4 stars as I like the product. I have removed one star as they really need to improve their shipping and customer service. No matter how good a product, if the rest of the experience is poor, people will go elsewhere. I will review my purchase experience over the coming months and may adjust my score and report accordingly.

There is a noticeable improvement in…

There is a noticeable improvement in the appearance and texture of my skin. The lines are diminishing and my skin is super soft and smooth. The daily routine is effortless. I LOVE, LOVE the products and highly recommend them!!

Product arrived timely

Product arrived timely. Absorbs very quickly. Has a different smell… but not awful… and it goes away fast. Applied before and after micro needling and skin was great the next day. Not quite finished the first bottle yet. I use it sparingly as it is very expensive.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON CALECIM

CALECIM did not meet their promised shipping timetable as promised. Their Customer Service is impossible to call and does not respond to email requests (the only way they say to contact them) and when they do it takes well over a week most of the time. This company is absolutely NOT worth the time !

Great products, bad choice of delivery company

I like the products (i've bought them before), but the delivery service they use is horrible. This partucular package has been "stuck" at the delivery facility for over two weeks at this point.
