The rates are competitive. The service was excellent 15 years ago when I had to make a claim. For some reason, the DMV didn't get an electronic copy of my insurance this time, so I had to mail in a physical copy. That hasn't happened before.

The agents ALWAYS answer immediately after you call. SO RARE!!! They are well trained and feel like true specialists. The rates are competitive, and during a tough time with auto insurance, they were right there to assist all the way through the process. I wouldn't use another home or auto insurance if you paid me!

No matter what time I have called, there is always a live person available to answer my questions or concerns. Employees seem to care, are knowledgeable and professional.
I have not had many claims over the years, but when I did, they were dealt with in a timely, fair and efficient manner. Hence I have been a customer for decades.

Brian Trush was absolutely wonderful in solving
my unjustified claim problem. He took the time to
email me and also called me to to verify the situation.
He took care of the problem immediately. I was very upset about the situation and Brian Trush
assured me he would take care of it as soon as
possible. The claim was resolved thanks to him.
