Decide to subscribe to Calamari because it is easy to use & a great customer supporter! Always customer supporter promptly replies with how-to video so that users can understand easily too! I'd like to recommend Calamari for great customer support too!

Our company use Calamari for about three years now and we love it.
It is so easy to use, is transparent and user friendly.
In case of problems you can always turn to support team, who are always willing to help and are very friendly.

I tried several other leave management systems before I found Calamari. They all had the same fault in assuming that everyone started their holiday year on the same date. Many assumed that the whole company used the calendar year, but for us this doesn't work as everyone will rush to use up holiday in December leaving us short of staff.

Calamari was the only one I found that would allow holiday to accrual on the anniversary of the employees start date.

Not only this but it has many more advanced features and excellent support.

Nice tool to track working hours, holidays and sick days. You can also implement working from home days or sabbaticals etc.

Customer service really helps me with my problem

Excellent and easy-to-use PTO tracking app. We came from tracking manually to implementing Calamari 3 months ago. The Calamari team was very responsive and helpful in our implementation. Employee satisfaction at 100% as everyone now knows how many days they are entitled to. App is relatively inexpensive and it does the job, keep track of PTO.

We use calamari for timetracking and vacation/sick plannings in our company. Great tool & Great support. Nothing to complain.

Basically it serves the purpose of being a basic HR software and the support team is awesome!!

The Calamari app is a good and intuitive tool. Provides various options for configuring acceptance processes. The support team is helpful and always tries to find a solution that best suits the client's needs.

It's a friendly user application, easy to navigate yourself through it.

Additionally, they have an amazing customer service team always willing to solve any issues in a timely manner.

Our company started using the program from April. Now we have the grate configuration thanks personal assistant who is assign to us. We are checking work and vacation days, leave and remote work. Usability interface, obvious clicks and wonderful supports - that's no all you get when buy Calamari.

The Calamari app saves trees (and lots of time). The local law requires us to maintain formal documentation with regards to employee leave applications. Most companies deal with this on paper. Thanks to Calamari the process becomes paperless, all it takes is just a few clicks. It's simple to add new employees and manage their leave applications, it's easy to set up the chain of acceptance for different departments, and the application also allows me to quickly check and report on the number of days of leave for each team/individual in the company.

Highly recommend Calamari to all companies looking for a intuitive tool to manage leave management. Additionally, I would like to highlight their fantastic Customer Support - Hubert is always extremely helpful and provides swift responses to every query.

Calamari still has a way to go but there're definitely on a good way!

I was impressed by Kamil and his support to better understand the platform. He has been professional, polite and available to answer all questions. This made a difference to align the platform to specific team needs. Thanks again Kamil and Calamari team.

Only been using Calamari for a short time (1 month) but have had exceptional customer service and it fits our company needs (approx 40 employees) perfectly.

My experience with Calamari has been great. The system is user-friendly, easy to use and offers all the tools needed to manage HR matters. Even more importantly, the support team is awesome! They are responsive, always available to help and they go the extra mile to offer as much support as they can. Their training sessions are very informative and very well-organised.
