In image Decorative balls were golden and symmetrical.
But cake which was delivered. In that cake decoration was not upto the mark.

THEY ONLY WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY THEY ARE CHEATERS

Fraudster platform. I had ordered a cake and it was not delivered at all. No refund till date. They won't even bother to respond. It's a fake website, never fall in the trap.

This is totally fraud. I don't know why I trusted this. I shouldn't have. I was so excited to surprise someone that I lost my sense and wasted my money like this. Total waste of money. They don't give refunds as it is fraud. It's a scam. Please don't trust this. I'm so upset. Order no. 44530

They are frauds. I ordered a cake and they cancelled it on the day of delivery and also did not refund the amount. They have no customer care number. All they have is a complaint msg box and email id. I send so many email and complaint regarding refund but have never received any reply nor my refund. They are shameless people eating up people's money. They should feel ashamed. There fraud business will never go on much longer.

I have placed a order on 2st June and they increased the price by rs 200 then i cancelled the order but still my refund is not reflecting in my account.

The cake was delivered on time. No challenge for regular follow up.
Even the look and feel of Cake was very attractive.
Will recommend others to try out this.

I ordered a birthday cake from Bangalore at 2pm and deliver in trichy and requested a ontime delivery around 3 to 4pm, but it was not delivered on time and finally delivered at 5pm. I understood that, if you want a cake order in prior 3 hours before and will be delivered accordingly.
It was a nice experience and service is good.

Cakesportal is really amazing company , i ordered pinata cake for my friend on his birthday and he was really happy to see the surprise of cake. as the cake design was much better shown on website and taste was perfect.
