I have a daughter with an allergy and Cakehop.com (UK) ltd were exceptionally helpful. Not just with aiding me to find the best and safest product, but with the whole process of the purchase. They went far and beyond to help me and I am extremely grateful to them and their team. They should be very proud of themselves! They responded quickly to all of my requests and even created a bespoke item for me - which they did not have to do - again - amazing service and so very helpful!

I ordered some cake toppers for an event and found the product and customer service to be excellent. There was a problem with the Royal Mail delivery and the cake shop couldn’t have been more helpful in trying to sort it out. Great customer service.

If you want to get someone you love a cake and prepared to spend an extra tenner than supermarket ones I have to recommend these cake shops.... I was stunned at how delicious their cakes are, beautiful soft, fresh sponge and would always use this as choice... If you don't believe me go buy a slice for £2.50 in a lovely box, they are gorgeous and make a huge difference to the Morrisons or asda ones that are too hard and full of preservatives.... After I found this place I'd never buy a supermarket cake.... Always fresh made ones to order from here.
Brilliant little business

Really happy with the cake topper I ordered for our twin sons’ 40th birthday. It made the cake look really special. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was prompt. ( As the weather was hot we had to put the topper in the fridge for a while to help with peeling the back off but it was fine after that!)

Great experience. Site offers custom cake toppers for very good value. Clear site UI, easy to use, and speedy delivery. Had a technical glitch with the checkout that was probably my fault, got in contact and Maisie had got back to me and sorted it in 24 hours so I'm really impressed. Product was a huge hit too!

First time using this website really wanted a personalised topper for my little ones birthday didn't come before my daughters birthday contacted the email for a refund which was given but was shocked by the toppers arriving at my post sorting office expecting me to cover the cost of the postage as the postage wasn't paid for correctly according to royal mail to receive the toppers. Of course being nearly a week late didn't need them so refused to pay postage to get it when I already paid postage when finished my basket. Not a good experience.

I was so impressed with this company. Very easy process of choosing and personalising the toppers on the website, really reasonably priced, they came the next day and looked great, and when there was a small issue with the layout of one of the pictures (I had missed something on the website), Emily got right back to me, redid them at no extra cost and sent them out again that day, first class! Would highly recommend :)

Honestly, I was a little dubious as to how the range of toppers I ordered would turn out. I am going to be making some cupcakes for a stag and a hen and we wanted to have some fun pictures on the top. As the range of pictures were or varying quality due to age and being pulled from the internet and Facebook, I was fully expecting them to be blurred or too dark/light to be recognizable. I have to say, I was wrong. Considering the size and the price, they have all come out great along with the text and I am so happy with them! I think they are going to look great on the cakes and as I have said to my friend's I would 100% order from them again. Even with the Royal Mail option I got them the next day. Great quality (considering it's rice paper), speed and price.

Ordered a cake topper with a picture from the Internet that their website said wasn't god enough quality. It still came out perfect and amazing quality, I was thoroughly impressed. Their customer service is also excellence, when the post office lost my order they sent me another one straight away free of charge. I couldn't recommend this company enough, I will definitely use them again.

was a bit worried about ordering seeing as there was no reviews for this but I am so happy I did! SUPER IMPRESSED! I ordered personalized cake toppers and they look AMAZING and were a really good price!!! Whats even better is I ordered them late on Tuesday night and went for the free delivery and they arrived Thursday Morning. Would 100% recommend this company and I will certainly be ordering again.
