Ordered brownies 11th December 2022 to be delivered 14th December never arrived after conversation with the shop they promised to re-send still no joy second phone call promised to deliver again still no goods now in January 2023 after 2 emails through pay Pal yes you've guessed it still no reply all I can say is thankyou for ripping off a pensioner

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I wanted some brownies for my sons 3rd birthday but I also wanted it to suit grandparents, so we picked a box of brownies to suit the young and old. Absolutely beautiful flavours, enjoyed by all. Thank you Nancy and all the team behind these beautiful brownie box’s. We can’t wait to try some more flavours in a few months time when it’s my daughters birthday!

OMG what fantastic customer service. Even though there’s a problem with post office strikes affecting cakehead deliveries, Nancy on the phone was amazing in organising our delivery for xmas. What a lovely person , almost as good as the cakes themselves- I cant say how tasty the hug box is - never tasted better !! Well done cakehead - u made my Christmas!!

Ordered these to be delivered on a specific day for my daughter's birthday. Arrived on the day selected in plenty of time and the cakes were amazing. Plenty for her to share with her friends. Brilliant

This company is amazing, service & delivery was fantastic. I initially text them with a question & a lady by the name of Nancy immediately replied, even though it is their busiest time of the year. On placing my order to be sent up to Scotland, I was fully informed that it would be delivered to the nearest date I requested due to industrial action being taken be several transport companies. On the day of delivery I was not only informed what date it was arriving but an allocation time as well. I had previously ordered products & found that they are a delight to eat & scrumptious.I feel that this company goes far & beyond in customer services & will definitely be not only purchasing from them again but recommending them to others.

I was notified after 5pm on the 15th of December that my order (placed on the 9th December) for my son's birthday on the 16th would not be delivered. DPD have let this company down badly....however, I didn't choose the courier! So the result of this epic fail is that my son has no special birthday cake today.......Very sad. Poor comms and a half-hearted apology = Customer "satisfaction" score - zero
**update to respond to Cakehead words - DPD are not on strike. That's Royal Mail! I've told you that there was no warning on your website when I ordered so please stop trying to dodge the truth. The fact is that I didn't get my order and to me that's wrong. Why on earth would I want birthday cake in the New Year when his birthday is Dec 2022? Your comms have been slow and inconsistent. An apology should be sincere and heartfelt, not forced and veering into blaming customers for a DPD issue. Also btw NB my refund has NOT yet been received...............please ensure you check/correct this inaccuracy soonest.
**update 2** Refund finally received today (21 Dec). A very long wait to get my own money returned - disgracefully slow!

What a great little business! We used the as a corporate customer and we can't recommend them enough. I was dealing with Lauren N. from day one and she was super helpful and very easy to deal with our Customers absolutely adore the brownies. And the fact they offer GF, VEGAN option is amazing as so many people do have some kind of intolerance in these days.

Ordered the vegan g/f brownie box for my retirement party and they went down a storm! Arrived on time. Will order again.

I have used this company four times now Each time the recipient has said they are the best brownies they have ever had.Delivery is always on time and the products are really nicely packaged.I can't recommend this company highly enough,every aspect is spot on Its also refreshing that vegans are catered for I've ordered for vegans and non vegans .

So pleased I found this company who make and deliver the most amazingly, tasty, dense, chocolatey, fudgy, Brownies with that slightly chewy texture that only a true Brownie lover will appreciate. Can’t fault the product or the service. From order click to first bite was only 28.5 hours. I’ve just ordered another box for my sons birthday. Try them! You will love them ♥️

What a wonderful company can’t recommend highly enough. Customer service is outstanding. My friend who is a body shop consultant was absolutely delighted with her brownies so much so that she reviewed them on her live body shop web page. Packaging was immaculate with lovely little touches added. Will definitely be using time and time again

I ordered some GF brownies for my sisters birthday - a bit last minute but they were delivered on the right day and apparently they taste delicious! I also had forgotton to put a message in with them which was sorted out quickly. A very friendly service and good product. I will use Cakehead again.

Excellent in customer service, delivery and cakiness! We needed to change delivery date at last minute which was done for us without problem, the delivery was on time and our son and his wife tucked in happily immediately. They were very happy and described the cakes as ‘wow’.

I have now bought four, different selections from Cakehead, including the vegan and Easter ones, both as gifts, and one for myself. It is incredibly rare that I can write a review with not a single word of criticism, but this is the case here. I can happily say that everyone who received them, absolutely loved them, and not only found the cakes delicious, but also really appreciated the personal touches, and the eco-friendly packaging. I would also add that they are very good value for money, and delivery fast and efficient. I won't hesitate to buy from them in the future.

What do you get the person who has everything for their special day. Whether it’s a birthday or any other special day. I sent my younger brother some brownies for a birthday treat, he is very difficult to buy for. On the hottest day of the year he received the parcel intact and delicious. He was chuffed to bits. I have two other family birthdays coming up and will be sending more brownies to more of my family for their special days. The only difficulty is which selection to send as so much choice. I love that there isn’t any additional costs with postage and the products are beautifully wrapped. I think I have all birthdays and Christmas’s covered without the stress of disappointment and keeping the receipt. Lovely products and great customer service.
