Booking experience good, unfortunately caught Hertz on a busy day and had to wait over half an hour in the car park for our car to arrive.
See my opinion in one sentence. Hertz handled the situation well but I was getting twitchy towards the end as the indicated 15 minute wait extended well over 30 minutes.

Gave me variety and option, was simple and saved me money - definitely recommend!
The process of booking through cairnsairportcarhire was quick, simple, easy and showed great value for money. There was plenty of variety and options, it was easy to use and there were so many savings to be had. You only pay a deposit and full payment on arrival, and there were good options for extra insurance. I would definitely use again and definitely recommend.

very dissapointed you call yourself cairnsairportcarhire which to me would say I was able to pick the car up at the airport, not so I made a booking only to find out that I have to pick the car up in cairns It is misleading and I would be loathed to use you again. I have a 90 year old parent with me and this I find very inconvenient. I spoke to a young man who supplys the vehicle and he kindly offered to bring the car to the airport . So i say to you and anyone who wished to use your service think twice. You seem to be a big booking company who is rather clever and decieving with your words.

I'm surprised to hear that you had issues with our website. We promote the fact that we list both "on airport" and "off airport" car suppliers. There are some real savings to be made if you do choose an "off airport" operator and don't mind catching a shuttle to a nearby location.
Your rental car was around half the price of the cheapest "on airport" operator.
With each car listed we show the pick up details in bold blue writing and on the Cruising OZ cars it states "Shuttle to counter and car". We also have a filter on the top left of the search results titled "Filter by pick up". Here you can select to just show "on airport" operators if you wish.
The suppliers located in terminal are more convenient and given your situation with your 90 year parent, this would have been the better option for yourself. I will email you direct with screen shots of the website for you.
I'm pleased that Cruisin Oz went beyond what is expected of them and are now dropping the car off to you at the airport.

I was looking for a reasonable car rental in Cairns and came across Cairns Airport Hire website which was very well laid out and easy to select options for comparison. After making my choice I was directed to a Secure SSL site for completing the transaction as a booking deposit, Definitely highly recommended for North Queensland travellers.

Hassle free and easy to book!
I was trying to find the cheapest, convenient car rental for my holiday to Cairns. I had searched many websites and cairnsairportcarhire.com.au was definately the cheapest and best option I could find.
Very happy with the simple and understanding instructions to complete my booking.
I would definately use cairnsairportcarhire.com.au again.

Good service / very responsive with competitve rates.
Very efficient and responsive. i had to arrange picking up the car outside of business hours and the replies to my questions were prompt and clear, setting out a straight forward process for the pick up. I would use Cairns Airport Car Hire again.
