Ordered and paid for $1300 worth of cable. No contact or delivery details weeks later. Took several more weeks to eventually make contact via phone. Just to be bullshitted to about a glitch in the order system. Promising to send out straight away. Weeks passed nothing.
Got hold of him a second time again promising it would be sent, again nothing.
The guy must have a addition problem. No normal person would be such a low life lieing scum.
As everyone else here we made the mistake of trusting our past experiences of online shopping with honest traders.
So to anyone thinking of buying from cable Pro... DON'T you will only pay for nothing but this guys addiction to find free money at your expense.
One day hell cross the wrong person. That's karma at its best.

I only chose one star because zero stars is not unavailable. Not sure if they have staff issues or are a genuine scam. Ordered 26 metres of cable to be delivered to Canberra in January. 9th April still waiting. They don't pick up the phone and don't respond to emails. Unless you like being messed around, steer clear of these clowns.

Incorrect items supplied. No response to several emails and phone calls. Avoid!

Take your money and don’t deliver goods. Address is fake

I purchase the item all most 1 year ago, never receive it, many calls promise with refund but never happen.
Simply just a scam

I have actually never had a worse experience with a company than I have had with CablePro. I ordered a product back in July 2025 which was never sent. After multiple email exchanges and phone calls I was given an option to request a refund in September. It is now March 2026 and it’s been nothing but email exchanges where I’m promised this will be resolved. It still hasn’t been. I’ve filed a report with NSW Fair Trading.

Late dispatch, incomplete order, no communication, no refund. Having to take legal action to get my money back.

Order never arrived, chased up multiple times and in the end only way I could get a refund was through paypal. Very disappointing.

My purchase never arrived. I tried phoning and emailing with no response. I had decided the site was a scam.

Ripped off 500$ they never sent the item and won't return the money

I paid over $280 for some electrical cable. My order never arrived, and I had no reply to multiple email requests asking for an update about my order. Do your research before buying from these scammers, there are many other people complaining about the same issue with this business.

I ordered and paid for electrical cable. It did not ship. I requested a refund. After numerous follow up calls, emails and promises to pay it finally occurred after three months.

Prices are cheap, service is slow.
Part order supplied the rest credited eventually.

They took my money and after sending only a small part of the order, I had to chase for a refund of a large amount of my purchase and price that they did not deliver because they sold stock they did not even have. needed PayPal intervention , raised a case to push for a refund, be WARNED

Spoke directly with owner and made my purchase which was delivered three days later by Australia post.

Im still waiting for my order, even though I tired to email and call a couple of times

zero communication, breached their own terms and conditions. did not send or even attempt to send item. I had to go to my bank to get my money back which was close to $400.
I tried to email and call to no response.
after looking at other reviews after I put and paid for my order this seems a very common theme from this company

Delivery was way to slow with no communication
Refund not yet received
Supposedly my Credit card failed, so I paid using direct bank transfer, taking the ability to stop payment on my card?
Feeling like I have been scammed.
Next stop small claims tribunal.

Money was not.charged, order was.not.sent. So brought elsewhere

As of today still no order delivered, no refund offered, never again, paid twice due to some technical issue.
