This chair was exactly what I was looking for. The arms of the chair land where I need them and all the adjustments help to get the perfect fit. I ordered and the chair shipped out the same day. Received it in 2 business days. The chair was easy to assemble and the instructions were blown up to a size that was easy to see and read. I would recommend this chair to any woman looking for a better fit that you can’t get with a standard chair.

very supportive chair for the edge of my bed. exactly what I was looking for.

1. Although this chair is ordered from a USA address, it is made in China.
2. It is not a company owned by a woman contrary to advertising.
3. I tried to contact Customer Service and no one ever answered my chat.
4. If you open the box, put it together and find it does not fit you :YOU ARE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE TO RETURN IT.
5. It does not support shoulders at all, this was important to me, so my reason for return.

On the positive side:

1. The instructions are much better than most.
2. It comes with an Allen wrench with a handle.
3.The padding on the chair is nice and soft.
4. The assembly was rather awkward. Having to take the attachment(neck rest and base) apart and then reassembling to fit the chair...but clear directions helped.

I LOVE this chair.

Assembly was so easy I put this chair together myself in under 40 minutes. It only required one tool which was included within the box. They also sent white gloves to protect your hands, which I appreciate because I have my nails done.

There were a couple pieces that were a little heavier than I was expecting, but I lived heavy weights so it worked out.

Once the chair was together, I started to mess with all of the different adjustments that you can make with this chair. You can adjust the height of the chair up or down. You can also adjust the seat position forward or backward the armrest left to right up down, the headrest up down, lumbar support up down, and also it folds in if you want to pinch it in at the sides. The absolute best feature in my opinion to this chair are the fold out legs that you can fold out to support your legs if you want to be in more of a reclined position there’s also a little bar on the bottom of the chair that is where you can perch your feet if you’re just sitting at your desk .

This ergonomics chair claimed to be made for a petite frame for women and I can say that I definitely felt that from working with this brand and now having this chair, I’m so excited to use it.

What a comfortable desk chair! For years I have struggled to find a desk chair that is truly comfortable, and never considered looking for one designed specifically for a woman. The proportions are to my size (5'3") and the chair is easy to adjust . The assembly was a little bit of a struggle, but not a big deal. The illustrations need to be printed bigger - I could hardly see them. Thank you!

The chair looks and feels great. While I haven’t yet used it for a full workday, I’ve assembled it and spent some time sitting in it, and it’s very comfortable so far. The footrest is a bit stiff to adjust, but it’s a minor issue and not a deal breaker.

As a Canadian resident, I should note that the company does not currently ship to Canada. However, I was able to arrange a quick pickup just across the border, which worked out well for me.

Customer service was excellent—the representative I spoke with via chat was very helpful and even provided me with a discount. Overall, I would highly recommend this chair.

Claire was very helpful in making sure that the model I chose was the right one for me. In fact, the first guess WASN'T the perfect one, but she suggested a MOST fair solution for getting me into the better one.

I just received my CabSupport M3 today after being stuck in the ICU for weeks. It was a wonderful thing to come home to. I have muscular dystrophy, a condition that severely weakens my muscles, and a very rare disorder that eats away at my peripheral nerves. With the M3 I am finally able to spend time outside my wheelchair. I can sit on the couch with my family. Ride next to my friends in the car. Sit on the floor and play board games with my friends. I even use it as replacement seating for my backup (manual) wheelchair. To most people this might seem like a small thing but this lil gadget is literally giving me a whole new world of independence. I also contacted CabeVibe just to thank them for providing such an amazing product at such an obtainable price point, and I received the sweetest most heartfelt message back. CabeVibe really appreciates and cares about their customers. This is a company that has their customers' best interests in mind. I will be a lifetime customer and I would encourage you to try their product. While I don't have experience with their office chairs or anything, the little seat I got truly is worth the money and an amazing tool. Also, the shipping was unbelievably fast.

Besides delivery being very quick, I was always kept in the loop of my delivery. I chose the CabLady S2 desk chair model, which was easy to put together, and is very well made. The CabLady S2 model, is comfortable. However I wish the lumbar pad was like the CabLady S1, which has a butterfly type lumbar pad that reaches around the lumbar area more, like a hug! I chose the CabLady S2 because the arms flipped up, which I needed to fit under my desk after use, the CabLady S1's arms do not flip up. My only mechanical complaint, is when I have my seat at the highest height, it tends to wobble, which can be a little annoying. I gave it 4 stars because of these reasons. So, Cabevibe, I hope you will consider some of my suggestions for future chairs, otherwise I am pleased with your product, and would recommend it to others. Thank you.

UPDATE:3/23/2026
After sitting in my chair for a while, it no longer wobbles at the highest height. I was also given a great tip by Cabevibe's wonderful customer service on how to have my lumbar cushion hug my lower back more, which was very helpful and feels awesome! Now that I have become more comfortable with the S2, I LOVE IT! I would not only highly recommend this chair, but this company, Cabevibe, as well.

This is an excellent chair for short-statured people. Many points of adjustment that you wouldn't normally find on a chair of this price - seat height and pan depth, arm height and angle, lumbar support, incline, also foot support and a pretty sweet extendable foot rest. Really good value. Excellent customer service as well. I could not figure out how to fix the lumbar support, and Claire sent me videos on how to lock and release it. Would highly recommend!

Received the chair in reasonable time and when I was installing it, I had an issue. I contacted the company and they responded almost immediately. They were very kind in their reply and resolved my issue easily and clearly. Excellent customer service.
The chair is very comfortable, well engineered and easy to adjust, and seems well made. The only negative is that I need a slightly forward tilt to the seat and it has no forward tilt adjustment. If it did, it would be perfect.

I want to give you all 10 Stars but the review only has 5 stars SMILE :) you went over and above to help us with our new computer chair and to resolve the issue we had with the backrest on the chair. This was by far the most wonderful customer service i have ever had from a online company ! Thank you so much !

I bought this chair because it had leg rests and a padded seat. Something that's hard to come by. It also comes in cute colors, which I appreciate. However, it wasn't quite what I expected. Here's some points:

1. The chair frame and base are all plastic. No metal outside of the hydraulic cylinder and seat mechanism. The seat foam is soft but bottoms out quickly. I think despite the 300lb rating, I would go for a stronger chair if you weigh over 200lbs.

2. It's a bit smaller than expected. The models on the pictures make it look large and cozy, but they must be petite and short.

3. The lumbar support is not adjustable and the pillow doesn't fix that. It's extremely hard to fit the pillow around the lumbar section. You have to really pry the two sections of the back of the chair apart to slide the pillow around it. If you manage to get it installed, the pillow kind of forces you into a reclined position which is great for relaxing but not for productivity.

4. The armrests don't have much adjustability. Only up and down adjustment is pretty sad for a chair at this price point.

5. The leg rests are not a good incentive to buy a chair. It's just not stable enough to use them without fear of tipping over. I'd recommend a detached leg/foot rest or hammock under your desk instead.

Overall it's not a terrible chair for the price. I think if aesthetics are your main goal then it's probably the best looking chair at this price point. However if you really need a reliable, ergonomic workhorse chair, there are better ones out there for this price.

One last note: Cabevibe does not cover return shipping and charges a pretty hefty restocking fee. If you don't like it, I'd recommend asking for a full refund without a physical return. The customer support is quite helpful on this front.

Customer service was quick, friendly and helpful. i had an issue with my Cabvibe M3. It was solved with a few emails. The M3 is everything they promise. I'm using it in an overstuffed chair that lost its support. Feels great.
