The site said a part was for a 2004 Jeep Wrangler X. So I assumed it was right when it came in. I painted it and installed it to find out the O2 sensor bung wasn't in the right spot. Sent them a picture to show the problem. They said they won't refund because of the paint. They said I didn't give the full VIN, which was one number off. So I sent a picture of the VIN.
If anyone asks or looks at the reviews I would tell then do not use the site.

If I could give a negative review I would. They didn't secure the package before shipping. I only received 1 out of 4 parts in my order. After 2 emails and 15 attempts to call their "customer service" I was told they could give a "partial refund" or I could ship the sole remaining part back. After saying I would happily secure the box the same way they sent it the rep said nevermind. Full refund but I'm out a day of my life, the parts needed for the job, and the time awaiting the parts. I have many choice words for fly by night companies like this, none should be said in mixed company.

Both headlights stopped working properly after couple of months. I called them, and they told me the warranty expired. Don't waste your money, stay away!!

Ordered type S backup camera they charge my cc then a week later said they order can not be fulfilled while they were still advertising item. Ordered it again and about 11 days later they said item canceled. Both times they only reacted after i threatened them with cc stop payment and bad reviews otherwise they dont respond. In both cases I eventually got reimbursed. Again after threats.

Headlight only lasted 3 weeks after it was installed!!
Absolute garbage, don't waste your money! stay away

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst experience of my life. NEVER ordering from CA AUTO PARTS again. And I will encourage the rest of the world not to as well. Y’all are ridiculous!!!!!!!

Buyer baware got my product by a month later it broke tried to get ahold of them go luck

If I could leave a worse rating I certainly would. Bought a set of headlights and returned them and never got another email or my money back. I filed a fraud case with my bank..these losers shouldn't have a business..

for Genuine Toyota OEM Parts.
I ordered a PVC valve $24. But what was sent was fake $6, part Non OEM
part, and I say it's a fake it because of the letters that's stamped on to the part.
It was double-stamped and you couldn't read it, that's a sign off not the real deal.
Then when asking for a refund.
This vender trying to make things so complicated and hard for returns!!

Shame on you CAautoparts,
and once again eBay had to step in and make sure that things were right.
Never dealt with such low customer service. And after all said and done,
this vendor threaten me for false returns and for the next five years I will remain on eBay's bad records!!
this poor person needs help badly.

They can't be trusted , I bought a card certified catalyst converter from them for my vehicle , they matched it for me online to make sure it's compatible , i got it on my address , i weld it to my vehicle since it was universal and can only be welded , but when i went for smog it wasn't clearing the smog since the part wasn't compatible with my vehicle and since it was welded it can't be send back , i asked for reimbursement but they refused , took advantage of welding .

Ordered roof cab lights for a truck. Didn't fit well at all, poor quality. Tried to write a one star review for product and it doesn't show up on their website. Tried to rewrite one star review and said I couldn't write another review even though my first one doesn't show up! So indeed, they are blocking bad reviews of their products.

stated factory oe part then part wont accept old logo then they want to bargain with you. Scam site stay away. found their reviews all over the place. 2 star everywhere and they block google reviews so people cant see them,
