So far so good. We ordered a joystick for a manlift. The packaging was solid to prevent jostling in transit. Everything was new in the box and it's working as designed. Price was very good compared to local suppliers. Delivery was within the estimated time frame.

Excellent service
Excellent service. We live off grid and were desperate for a new water pump for our diesel generator. We also ordered a new belt to be safe. Upon discovering that the belt was delayed, I reached out to them that the pump was urgent. They processed a part shipment and even gave me a $5.00 refund. Their communication with me was efficient and extremely professional. I have since ordered more parts and will certainly use them again. Don’t be put off by after market and China as a location; I highly recommend these guys. Thanks for all your help.

Was the wrong parts but they end up refunding 85% back and were honest that the freight would be too expensive. I also got to keep the parts.
