Such a lovely company! I pre-ordered two rings, communication was great, Rachel (the owner) reach out to me to help when I had any questions. She went above and beyond! The pinky rings were also beautiful and I have had so many compliments.

I’ve had several pieces of this jewellery and cannot fault it! Whenever I wear I get so many comments.
The quality and service has been exemplary.
Most earrings that are not gold hurt my ears but I have had no problem with Byrae earrings.

The service was good and product arrives prettily packaged. But unless you have childlike fairy fingers, avoid any of the backless earrings. They are simply too small to handle and having bought x2 different ones and spent over 100 to not be able to wear them is very very disappointing.

Rachel and the team were fantastic and answered my emails promptly and professionally. They resolved my questions and gave me a discount on my next purchase. I loved my tennis bracelet so much I bought one for my friend. Highly recommended.

I have bought a few things from By Rae and i've never been disappointed. The gold bracelet i bought for my mum was lovely and the earrings have never tarnished even years later. I asked customer service for sizing help and Rachel was so helpful!!

I ordered a few pieces from By Rae as I saw a few adds popping up on instagram, I’ve been looking for earrings to change my ear stack and these pieces are gorgeous, I’ve only had them in my ears for about a week and wow they are honestly so amazing. The quality of the jewellery is incredible and exactly how it looks/ is described on the website. I had a query about a pair of the pearl earrings and Rachel from the customer service team was so lovely! Will be buying all my future jewellery from here.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Mijn eerste contact dateert van 25/10/2025 en ging over een persoonlijk juweel met emotionele waarde.

Ik ben daarna meerdere keren langsgegaan in de winkel en kreeg telkens te horen dat ernaar gekeken zou worden. Ook heb ik nog verschillende berichten gestuurd, maar daar kwam maandenlang geen enkele reactie op.

Pas veel later kreeg ik een antwoord, zonder concrete opvolging. Ondertussen zijn we 9/05/2026 en is er nog steeds niets gebeurd.

Voor iets met persoonlijke waarde verwacht je zorg, respect en correcte communicatie. Dat is hier helaas volledig uitgebleven. Dit komt allesbehalve professioneel over en stelt zwaar teleur.

I ordered some earrings and a necklace from here and had some issues with delivery from royal mail’s end, however by Rae’s customer service was amazing and helped sort this out quickly. The earrings and necklace are absolutely beautiful and great quality, will absolutely buy from them again!

I ordered the opal flat back bundle and the ripple huggies. I had the essential sleepers for free with the order.
I can only wear silver or gold but took the plunge believing why it said on the website and oh my gosh I am so glad I did.
For clarity, I cannot wear any dress jewellery. It will give me an awful itchy rash.
I recently had 2 additional piercings in each ear. I chose the gold option at the shop but the butterfly backs were extremely uncomfortable. Therefore, after one month I looked for flat back alternatives and happened upon By Rae.
Like an idiot, I removed the recent earrings I was pierced with and admittedly forced the hoops and flat backs into the very small new holes. Not a wise decision, however, here we we are ;)
I have not experienced any rash, stinging, soreness or discomfort!
I absolutely do not advise anyone to remove recent piercings, I do however highly recommend the earrings By Rae as absolutely safe for those with sensitive skin, any allergies and those in pursuit of gorgeous jewellery!
It is also easy to insert, looks beautiful and is not expensive for a product that promises to not tarnish but looks like pure gold.

I made an error when I ordered and was so upset with myself but I reached out to By Rae and they were incredible and were so so kind to help to resolve my issue. Beautiful pieces and I can’t wait to buy more! Highly recommend

Beautiful jewelry and fantastic customer service!
I recently ordered 2 pairs of earrings. Unfortunately one of the flat back studs arrived with a stone missing.
I sent across an email explaining the issue and received a response the next morning from Rachel who arranged for a replacement to be sent out. I have just received this today in perfect condition.
