Order arrived after 8 weeks nothing like advertised, very poor quality & impossible to contact for a refund.

Leyendo las opiniones , coincido con la experiencia que está compañía es una estafa. La web ha desaparecido , el producto que llega es de muy mala calidad y no te permiten devolver producto aunque su web diga que si. No comprar , es una estafa

Un timo, tras finalmente aceptar un crédito (el abrigo que enviaron era una porquería) por no gastarme un dineral en devolverlo a Hong Kong asegurándome de que llega, no sé más de ellos, y la web hoy no funciona. Me temo lo peor....

La merce arrivata non è conforme agli standard richiesti in Italia. manca Main label, Care labe ( istruzioni di lavaggio, composizione ) i capi non erano nemmeno rifiniti adeguatamente e pieni di fili tagliati. non sto ricevendo l'indirizzo dove rimandare i capi ed inoltre continuano a offrirmi buoni per nuovi acquisti se non rimando la merce indietro. Una truffa ben organizzata, MA, basta fare una denuncia come farò entro lunedì per togliere dimezzo questi bagattelli.

It is impossible to return the item. No return address is provided and they keep on sending the same email to me indicating that I can keep the item and receive a credit for the next purchase. I don't want the item and I don't ever want to order anything form them again.

This a malicious scam company that sells defective cheap products. The customer service is a scam in which they try to give you discounts on future purchases rather than refund your money. Then they provide an address for returns in China (which is fake) all in an attempt to dissuade you to return items because shipping costs $48 to the customer. You pay the shipping only to have it returned by the postal service because they refused to claim it. This company is a fraud and should it be allowed to conduct any business in the United States.

Ordinato un giaccone, al pagamento fatto ne hanno aggiunto uno uguale con prezzo poco più basso. Due mesi e mezzo per averlo. Arriva piccolo. Chiedo cambio o reso (a loro scelta). A mie spese ovviamente. Accetto. Scrivono che posso tenere l'articolo e mi mandano sconto del 45% sul prossimo articolo. Va bene anche quello. Ogni mail una cosa diversa! unica certezza è che qualsiasi cosa vada fatta entro 30 giorni. Ad oggi, ricevendo sempre le stesse mail di scuse, non ricevo ne un indirizzo per reso/cambio, ne uno sconto.

Una fantastica truffa. Anche perché il sito, fatto molto bene (sembra americano), da qualche giorno ha cambiato nome....

La camisa no se parecia en nada en la de la foto de la web. La quise devolver pero me dijeron que tenia que devolverla a China, en una dirección de la provincia de Guangdong, y que a parte no me devolvian el dinero sino que me daban un vale para gastar en su web. Ahora he leído en su política de devoluciones y sí que pone que te devuelven el dinero, pero no es verdad.

Un desastre.
No compréis aquí. Vais a tirar el dinero.

Awful company. Took a month to receive my “genuine leather woven slides”. They are plastic and do not look at all like the picture advertised. They didn’t come with a box or any paperwork. Currently disputing the charge from my bank as they have yet to respond. This is a scam. Stay far away.

I ordered two men's knitted cardigans. Suspecting the sizes might run small I ordered L and XL. Ordered Feb 7 2026. Arrived March 13. The XL was barely large enough. To return you have to email the company. no reply. The items have no labels in them. I certainly will not risk doing business with them again.

First of all, I would advise you not to buy anything. There are two reasons for this:
- The sizes do not match what is sent. I ordered an XL and received an M.
- The product has to be returned to Hong Kong, which isn’t mentioned on the website.

For this last reason, I would say this is a website I wouldn’t recommend (the cost of shipping to Hong Kong is more than the products themselves).

Bought a jacket on line. The day I received it, I wrote to them to let them know my depreciation. The quality of the product was not as expected.
I wrote to them right away, same day, to ask for a return as mentioned on their return policy. An employee named Emma, wrote to me the day after asking me what was wrong. I told her I was not please by the product and what to return it. Since then, complete silence, despite sending them emails every few days! 2 weeks passed and I still have no news from them and I’m stuck with a product I don’t want! STRONGLY recommend to avoid buying from them!

Ordered a teddy bear materialed long cardigan.picture looked ok.highily priced i thought.waited for weeks for it to arrive.omgosh what a heap of rubbish arrived totally shocked at quality.they promised a 30 day return garentee only at my expence and 15%off future orders.they are complete thieves please do not order from them .clothes are sheer crap.andshould not be sold to this country .

Am 16 Januar 2026 Kapuzenpulli bestellt und bezahlt. Bis heute 27 März 2026 Ware nicht erhalten. Nachfragen bringt nichts, Mails werden nicht beantwortet. 1 Stern ist für eine solche Firma ist ein Stern zuviel.

DO NOT purchase from this company. They are CROOKS.
The shirt that I bought was £33, but it is made out of a cheap material, and it is too small. I tried changing it but they just ignored me.
They are in China and there is nothing you can do about them. Just buy from a trusted UK retailer. You might think that you are getting a bargain but believe me you are not. What I have received for the £33 I paid is a shirt that is hardly worth £5.
