I ordered a Joker mask for Halloween on the 18th of October. No email updates too advise it was being packed let alone shipped. My emails too them were answered quickly by an AI service saying that logistics may be causing delays and that they will ask the warehouse in China too speed up delivery. They also add on hidden taxes too boost up the price of the item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. It is a bait and switch on the designs and fabrics. I ordered 6 dresses. 4 of them are too tight they want me to send a video of me wearing the dresses. Not going to happen. I have sent 3 emails requesting refund for 4 of the dresses. It has been 1 month and still waiting. I rarely write a negative review but I want to prevent others from making the same mistake.

SCAM COMPANY. THEY STATE MERCHANDISE CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS BUT THE LINK DOES NOT WORK AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND WHEN TRYING TO WORK OUT THE ISSUE. THEY EVEN SCAMMED AMERICAN EXPRESS SENDING THEM 'TERM' WHICH WERE NOT AVAILABLE WHEN PURCHASING MERCHANDISE. THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH FRAUD.

An absolute SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their clothing is TERRIBLE!! After stealing your money, they offer a 20% refund and ask that you keep the item. They then want you to mail the item if you want to return it, to China, when they say they are in Canada.

I ordered a leather trench coat on the 3rd January 2025.
When I received this coat, it was nothing like the item advertised, it was bad quality,thin and out of shape, also no paperwork with the option of returning goods.
Disgusting treatment of potential customers, I wish I had read reviews before I purchased anything.
I have emailed but no reply, I will probably just bin my purchase

I am looking forward to receiving this product eventually, which I purchased on 2 December, and yet to receive.
During multiple delivery tracking status checks, the Serene website did not acknowledge my purchase record.
I appreciate your prompt 48hr response to my query.
Since then, I have received delay delivery notices. Right now I have no confidence that I will receive my purchase.

I still have yet to receive my product. I paid $80 and they will not answer the phone or refund my money. No answered emails. Nothing. Do not buy from them.

Such A SCAM I ordered a lunch box the beginning of October I have yet to receive any updates about shipping or delivered I’ve called and email nothing a waste of money and time

The whole thing is a god damn scam!! If I was aloud to swear in this review my description would be far from lady like. Get a real job!

I bought a Harry Lumberman Jacket for $79.95 Reading the description, I expected a warm, lined winter jacket. When it finally arrived, it was so thin, I could almost see through it! The material is a joke. I contacted them immediately by email and they offered me a 10% refund and said I could keep the jacket 😅. When I said I wanted a full refund, they said I had to send it to China at my expense! Or I could take a 20% refund and keep it.
I asked why China When they are Canadian? They told me to read the terms and conditions, where it clearly states returns must be sent to Asia at the buyers expense. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I got scammed…just makes me sad. The turmeric face scrubbers are from china…like 1$ on TEMU…they got me for 64$ this site should be shut down. Karma to whoever is doing this. Sad.

Does not work, as soon as I saw the packaging it came in I knew it was a scam. The box just says “lady shaver” and when you look at the videos/pictures on their website they don’t look like the product. It also shipped from china and looked like something you’d get from the $2 store. In hindsight reading the “reviews” on their website, they’re definitely AI generated, there are several different “people” who all have posted the same review wording. Despite the videos showing a light the product does not come with a light. I purchased it after seeing an ad on insta by an influencer (thinking back probably a fake account). As you have to have the product in unused condition to return it for a refund, this will be going straight in the bin. All in all, definitely a scam, save your money, and don’t be fooled

Their Gleam Pro 3.0 shaver for women is a joke. First, it took almost a month for it to arrive. Then, it absolutely doesn't shave in either wet or dry. I'd send it back for a refund, but it has to be 'unused' so that's convenient for them. How are you to know it doesn't work unless you try to use it? One day maybe I'll learn that all of these products that are advertising through social media are complete scams. Until then, I'm here to help other people to not fall victim to them.
