Ordered brownies as a Valentine’s gift and the gift note I wrote at checkout was not included.

The note was for Valentine’s Day and was a key part of the gift. Without it, the whole point of the gesture was lost.

When I contacted the company, no real resolution was offered and a partial refund was refused. Free shipping on a future order doesn’t fix a ruined occasion!!

Would not recommend for important or time-sensitive gifts.

The process of purchase was clear, easy and Keelan left a lovely message on my Instagram post too to add that little personal touch.
Then the brownies came within 3 working days and I was not disappointed. They taste absolutely incredible!! I will definitely order more and try some more of their exciting flavours.

Been asked by the kids to do a 5* review as they’re the best brownies they’ve ever had. They’re not wrong. They’re amazing and the quality of ingredients equals outstanding taste and texture!

Top quality product demolished the first pack in 10 mins - now got two sitting there teasing me. And love that fact that the did in fact add a surprise to the order that that did in fact surprise me much and made me laugh

Followed the journey on their (great!) social media for years but only finally ordered some recently and they are absolutely the best tasting and texture brownies I’ve ever had. Super fudgy and fresh even after a few days in the post. Regretting never ordering these sooner as they exceed all the hype and good reviews, so worth the money & definitely will be getting some again much sooner!!

They're small enough to chuck a few in your gob at once, but you might not want to.
I'm a chocolate fiend, and cakey bakey goodies hate to see me coming, but I took my time with these.

There's a decadent indulgence with them.
Soft and gooey, but with that touch of chew that comes with perfect brownie.

Over all experience is great too.
You can really tell man like Keelan is taking care of his brand and wants to deliver more than just munchies fodder.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting brownies from Bwownies a couple of times in the last few years. Every order has been promptly dispatched and the owner includes a hand written thank you note, it’s clear that this is a small business who values their customers. Their social media presence is pretty funny and honest showing the little wins and challenges they face. I’ve been so impressed with their brownies that my wife and I used them for our wedding party dessert. The guests loved them! I’ll continue to support this small business.

Fantastic company and owner. I ordered a box of brownies just before valentines though they weren’t intended for valentines. The Brownies I ordered wouldn’t have arrived by valentines as the flavour I ordered where being produced. The owner keelin packed a box of various flavours worried that they may have been a gift with a hand written note letting me know he had sent these in the mean time to make sure I had them in time for valentines and that my original order was still on its way. Which I received this level of care for customers is rare and something I have only for the first time experienced. Plus the brownies are absolutely unreal!!!! Will be buying more Amazing!!!!

The bwownies are deep,fudge and these ones have fruit streaked on top.It gave it a hint of richness.Absolutely wonderful.The bwownies are the right price as they are thick slabs.Definitely worth buying any of their bwownies again.
You even get a little note in the parcel with your name on it. Pays attention 👌 and absolutely can give as a gift.

The Bwownies are equally delicious when they are heated for 5 secs in microwave.They literally melt away if you do it more than 10secs.The price is ok for the quality you experience.You can become addicted if you like chocolate.I personally like them more than bad brownies because they taste more homemade.They are packed securely,They measure approximately 10cm by 10cm then divided into 4.
Great with a cup of English tea.Centres are like millionaire shortbread,buttery taste with a lovely crust.Keep up the good work

Have ordered a few times and have always had a great experience. Brownies are always really nice, great taste and texture. Order always comes quite quickly

I placed an sizable order on the 27th December 2024. From what I saw upon ordering, there was no clear indication on the website about shipping or dispatching delays due to it being the "festive period". I sent a polite well-structured and primarily formal email to their Customer Service 9 days later after ordering due to no updates.
The employee who replied was Mildly sarcastic, with their email involving spelling & grammar mistakes along with multiple exclamation marks!!!!!
Email cited health complications as the cause of lack of communication and failure to dispatch orders. They also cited it had been weekends and bank holidays as well, which contradicts the prior explanation.
They stated would be shipped week commencing 6th January 2025. It was by the 14th January 2025 in which i filed a chargeback request with my bank.
Miraculously I received an email from DPD claiming they had received my parcel from Bwownies and it was delivered 2 days later. Products were fine.
No further communication from Owner.
Having looked at other reviews I hope this was just a tremendously unfortunate but one-off error. I hope past & future customers have better luck.
I wish the owner good health & good luck but I needed to warn others of this.
