Parked on what is attached to free…
Parked on what is attached to free Wigan car park . Was fined £60 little to no signage to indicate was not council car park as you have to enter and leave by council car park entrance. Absolutely shocking . Turned out owned by Buzz - don’t deserve to be in business with this trickery . Shame on you . Update I have contacted your customer service and was told you have no control over car park . You decided to appoint them so I feel you have a moral duty to ensure adequate signage and warning on your car park which you are not doing . Have one way in and out via a free council car park is ambiguous and is designed to catch people out with heavy fines ****update I contacted your team as prompted and they told me they could do nothing as the parking was outsourced however when I paid the £60 fine the payment receipt was sent by BUZZ BINGO ! £60 for parking early on a Saturday morning the only car on the car park , no impact whatsoever on your business . Complete scam designed to catch people out who think they are parking on a free council car park .

What the Buzz?
This has to be the worst establishment I've ever been in. It was dirty - I mean 'crud' dirty! The bingo board on my table was so dirty & sticky I couldn't close the shutters over the numbers. There was about 20 something players in the room but 1 person won 85% of the entire evening, a bunch of people on the other side of the room messed around & continued to chat throughout so there was no staff to ask them to be quiet because the caller clearly wasn't bothered, & we ordered food & drink but had to ask where the drinks were half an hour after ordering. The flyer said £3 for the night but it was over £10 & I will never go again. I needed to have a shower after being in there! Absolutely minus out of 10!

My experience with BUZZ BINGO is very positive the staff are wonderful always friendly and helpful food is cooked well and reasonably priced and of course a game of bingo where the fun begins I for one cannot fault my local club keep up the good work you do for us xx

Avoid this website it can't be trusted anymore. I've deposited £50 through paysafecard and suddenly money disappeared from my account and I can't log in. Customer service lying that I'm doing something wrong and that I'm logged anyway. Also they claim there was no deposit. I sent them transaction number, my ID number and after all day and night no answer at all

I decided to return to buzz bingo after…
I decided to return to buzz bingo after years, I had to contact customer services to request reinstating account and then call gamble safe team, unfortunately I was kept in position 1 for an answer for 1 hour 50 minutes. That's absolutely no care for gambling safety there! I won't be returning if there is no care whatsoever.
If only have one person dealing with all concerns then that's an issue, if have more than one and every call takes 2 hours, then training is needed-no matter how sensitive they say in excuse.
Join Mecca Bingo instead thank you.

Buzz Bingo has a New Look at Ashmore Park Wolverhampton.
I Started to go to Buzz Bingo Ashmore Park about 4 years ago, And I love the place,The Staff are extremely friendly and polite and make feel like there Bingo Family. I'm always surprised and slightly shocked how much the money can be fir some of the Bingo Games and of course go go bingo which I like to play it's really great fun 😀 and if you bring a friend its even better and more chances of having a win come in and see what you think! You will amazed, Go on have some fun and maybe a win or 2 .

I enjoy using online as I am now housebound and can’t get to local halls, being able to do it at home is helpful as it allows me to continue to enjoy bingo. It’s easy to use and means I can enjoy without too much worry, glad this is available.

The staff are polite and friendly
The staff are polite and friendly. When I enter that young Indian security always welcome me with a smile. The prize money is good. They need to pay more on the late live because it's now linked up online. But overall, I will never give up Buzz Bingo Enfield.
