Pleasant staff member
I attend Wavertree Buzz Bingo one Friday evening a month.
I met a new staff member last night, a young lady called Ann.
Ann (without prompting) saw me struggling with my drinks and helped me back to my seat, she was extremely patient and kind, all with a smile on her face!!!!
She is an asset to your team!!!!!

Bingo is great and most of the staff…
Bingo is great and most of the staff are friendly and helpful.
My only issue is that it is far too noisy during early session (6pm & 6.30pm).
People shouting, talking as they come in and staff don’t seem to do or say nothing about it. Very distracting and off putting when playing bingo.
