So. Close but yet so far
I was at buzz bingo in Gloucester the other week. I got a house on number 40 for £40 called in 40 numbers. But apparently if I called it in 39 numbers I would’ve got £50,000 and what’s worse is that the manager said that two months prior to that it was called in 40 numbers to get the jackpot but changed it to 39 numbers because too many people was winning on 40 numbers. What kick in the teeth. It would’ve been so fitting to win on number 40 in 40 numbers too. I felt so disheartened as I normally never win much if any. 😢

Compared to other bingo firms the prize money is a lot less compared to Mecca and others.

Staff not asking customers to keep the…
Staff not asking customers to keep the noise down when playing main bingo & also staff sat on the stage talking when customers are playing bingo or staff talking in the their desk area and ignoring customers who have there hands up waiting to be served

Just turned up to play bingo tonight, only to find out that there is no free games and the cost of the books have been doubled.
When I asked why, I was told , because it is boxing day, I asked, is the prize money more than usual and was told depends on how many people come.
I was here last week and when the caller informed us that the bingo would be open on boxing day, no where did she mention any of the above.
We did ask to see the manager, as on the Buzz website the price was still £5. We were told that most people would phone up first before coming, but when we questioned the staff, we were told that we should have checked out the price on their website.
The staff were rude, and the manager didn't even bother to come and talk with us.
We were not the only ones to question the amount being asked, what we were told, that it was not their responsibility to update the website.
So my other complaint is why have a website that cannot update it's customers
I travelled 25 miles, to play bingo but after tonight, I won't be back

Firstly, I understand how upsetting it must have been to arrive expecting one set of prices, only to find that they had been changed without prior notice. Transparency is important to us, and we regret that this information was not clearly communicated in advance. We always attempt to inform customers through our marketing channels of any changes during the festive period.
Having checked the Buzz Bingo Website for Boxing Day, the correct prices were showing for the evening session: £10 to play Paper and Touchscreens from £20. We always try to ensure our customers receive correct and up-to-date information.
Additionally, I am sorry to hear that you felt the staff were rude and that the manager did not address your concerns. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will address this matter with the team to ensure every customer feels valued and respected.
We understand the effort you made to travel 25 miles to visit us, and we deeply regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams to ensure that improvements are made.

Club going to the does
Sadly this club is going down badly attitude of some staff need training , caller coughs through every session and tonight oct 1st was awful caller thought he was in a fair ground loud rude and obviously thought he was funny which he definately was not if either of those two are calling i will walk back out not an enjoyable experience , no wonder the club was nearly empty there will be a few less again next week from comments being made

Gloster bingo never again EVER
Well from the moment we walked through the door trying to sign up to ordering food playing bingo buying books ect never been In a buzz bingo in my life and NEVER again 1 or 2 staff polite however how unwelcome we felt never felt so ignored in my life made to feel all we were asking was an inconvenience and when addressing manager john he said well sorry you felt like that and walked away from me when I said how rude and that he didn't acknowledge how displeased we were and that we would never step foot in such an unwelcoming establishment he said ' I did acknowledge it I said sorry you feel that way .Yes you did but in a patronising manner whilst walking away with Yr back to me and telling me you got things to do .well thumbs down to such an unwelcoming club I'd never been in and NEVER walk in again even when told came from cardiff to Gloster to visit a family member and play bingo HOW RUDE

We have introduced occasional events into clubs but this should not prevent you from enjoying your evening of Bingo.
These events are not every week and are not at every club but should have been advertised in the club you visited.

Fun night out
Fun night out. Can be hard at times when it is busy and there are not enough staff to work through people with their hand up needing assistance. Especially when people are buying books. We have got there in plenty of time and nearly missed out on our books because there’s wasn’t enough staff. Despite this we enjoy it on the occasion
