THIS IS FRAUD
Be aware! This is fraud. You pay for a service, the order is not fulfilled. Contact to the service is not possible, in the user area the support request is answered with "Server error", contact to the email address is returned as undeliverable.

Hi, and thank you for flagging this — we're sorry it's been such a frustrating experience.
This isn't how we operate, and an unfulfilled order with no way to reach us is never acceptable. We're currently investigating the "Server error" issue, and we'd like to fix this for you.
Please email us at hello@buysocialmediamarketing.com with your order ID and we'll trace it right away.

Hi Paul, thanks for the kind words about the service! A small amount of drop-off can happen on YouTube as the platform periodically reviews accounts — which is exactly why every order is covered by our refill guarantee. Just message our support team with your order ID and we'll top your subscribers back up at no extra cost.

Thanks for the honest feedback. Free orders go through a shared queue, so they can take longer — we know that's frustrating and we're always working to speed it up. If you ever need a faster turnaround, our paid options deliver much quicker. Reach out to support anytime and we'll help.
