Cheaper than retail
Cheaper than retail. Quick easy purchase and delivery. I was kept up to date with every step.
No issues with buysmarte but the delivery company (Cope) didn't phone when they said they would, delivery guy was happy to just dump the tv at my front door for kids to carry in and didn't take my old tv even though I requested removal of old tv.

Ordering process and price were fantastic. But the delivery was a bit of a mess. It was delayed and I had to contact the delivery company several times to work out what was going on and when the delivery would occur. They never once contacted me to advise of the delay or to arrange a delivery time.

I ordered the 32" Hisense TV on the Tuesday night and it arrived on Thursday morning delivered to my front door intact. Excellent service and I would you again if I had to.

Good service and cheaper price but courier service could have been better
It was excellent service.
Found my Samsung65Q60T TV and soundbar at much cheaper than market price and also delivered as per agreed time.
The only thing is the courier guys didn't inform me about the delivery day, luckily I had someone to pick up.

Great Experience
Bought a 32" TV for displaying our photos on in the family room. Far cheaper than a digital photo frame.
The price was the cheapest ( $100 cheaper than a major online appliance store). Service and delivery was fast and efficient. The tv was delivered by Couriers Please - from NSW to Melbourne eastern suburb - at no charge.
I'd certainly buy from from Buy Smarte again.
