They dont offer refunds even when the quality of the proxy is bad, they say all there sales are final! I bought 3 virgin media static residential proxies to use on my survey site and all 3 accounts got banned! the replacements they offered were also bad and they refused to change it again. They also refused to offer any refund even after chatting with them all day! Apart from that the prices are outrageous.. you can get better quality and cheaper at other providers..

Review: I ordered a California Verizon Residential IP, but they delivered a New York IP with a high fraud score of 55. Despite providing multiple independent proofs showing the location is New York, their support refused to acknowledge the facts and denied my refund request. Their system falsely claims the IP is in California, but independent checks prove otherwise. This is a clear case of "Item Not As Described." I have not used the IP and am now filing a credit card chargeback.

It's a scam. I bought the monthly ISP proxy to use for TikTok. I ran a test on ip2location.com, and it showed a 99 fraud score and the provider was surfshark. They are reselling VPNs from Surfshark and advertising them as real ISP proxies. Don't buy from this scam site that fakes reviews.

All I did was overpay for a VPN that I could've used on surfshark. This is fraudulent business practice, it's time to do better. I'm glad that I only spent $8 to use this site. By the way, my username is Jman incase you want to refund the money that you stole from me.

There's a reason why the owner of this site offers no refund policy, because he can just steal your money by selling fake services and there's nothing you can do about it.
