I’ve received a non working key, contacted the support team and they answered in matter of minutes, we chatted, they asked proofs and as soon as they understood the key was really broken they sent me a new working one without charging a single penny nor making me wait days for it. Wonderful website and customer care! I could say it’s Amazon-like. Quick and Reliable.
