BUYER BEWARE!!!
The entire experience has been completely one sided, unprofessional and generally disappointing at the highest levels! To start with there are no COA's for several of their products so I tried to call..... ya they DO NOT answer the phone AT ALL! they will text you about 30 seconds later and then the arduous task of communication begins. Then mid conversation they just disappeared after hard questions. Then you have to call back to start the process over again. After 6 attempts to get clarification I simply decided to order (like a fool) and give them a chance to earn & keep my business.
I Ordered almost $400.00 in products which earned me some free shipping, ok that's pretty standard but with that I got NO tracking #. When I tried to reach them after 6 days without a package I called and received the same treatment described above except this time when I got the person to message me back and asked them about a tracking #, I got no response at all.
So I began looking for a place to leave a review on their website. Well, there isn't one, but luckily, while reviewing my account I found buried in my order there was a the tracking number (Not in the order confirmation email). I looked up the tracking number. The package was delivered the day before thrown on the ground at the mailbox in a package that consisted of a brown paper envelope all taped up with a single layer of bubblewrap which contained ALL of the vials in the same wrapper loose and rattling around against each other! . The peptides were all broken apart and in powder form (not a solid mass) inside the glass vials, and it had been sitting in the sun for 2 days because it was not visible
Knowing what I know about the fragility of peptides, I probably have four hundred dollars worth of product that is not even fit to be used now. I will never order from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone who is serious about the quality, care and shipping of their peptides.
There are so many other companies out there who VALUE your business and will go above and beyond to keep you as a customer I recommend you find one and steer way clear of Iron!

Serious concerns about product quality, labeling, and COA verification

I purchased peptides from this company based on claims of offering “the highest quality, medical-grade peptides,” but my experience raised serious concerns about whether their products can actually be independently verified.

The vials I received did not have lot numbers that clearly linked them to a specific, verifiable Certificate of Analysis (COA). Their QR-code labeling also did not provide a reliable way to verify the products. When I contacted the third-party laboratory associated with their testing, I was left questioning how an unmarked vial could possibly be definitively matched to a specific COA.

I also experienced flu-like symptoms, body aches, and joint discomfort shortly after using products from the company. I cannot establish that the products caused these symptoms, but the experience was concerning, particularly given similar complaints from people I know who purchased their products.

I also have concerns about the company's representations regarding product sourcing and manufacturing. Customers deserve transparency about where products are actually manufactured and whether the specific products they receive have been independently tested for identity, purity, sterility, endotoxins, and contaminants.

These concerns are especially significant given recent federal prosecution of Paradigm Peptides for falsely representing the quality, testing, and U.S. origin of its products. I am not claiming this company has committed the same offenses, but I believe prospective customers should carefully verify the lot numbers, COAs, laboratory testing, and sourcing before purchasing.

For me, the lack of clear, independently verifiable documentation is enough to make me seriously question the company's quality-control practices.

My experience haas been great. shipped on time and seeing results of the product 3 months in. Very helpful customer service.

1st time I ordered it went well about a month and a half ago then recently its changed. They didnt even have a mk in stock when i had it in my order so they switched it and then its still been over 3 weeks and they havent shipped my products nor responded to numerous emails and texts and calls daily. Never even gave a refund. Horrible experience.

Orders usually arrive before expected. My husband and I have been continuously ordering for the past 9 months with only great experiences. Customer service always answers our calls or calls back if busy. To the previous MMFBS review - I feel you fell victim to the website trying to copy IRON Peptides and scam their customers. We almost made the same mistake but recognized that things were just not the same. We have nearly 20 friends/family members who are now using Peptides from the authentic IRON Peptides site with no complaints. Sorry MMFBS but you were scammed from an illegitimate site. I’ve purchased from this company twice. The first time, it took about 10 days for the order to arrive. They only sent a confirmation email after the purchase, but no further updates or tracking information.

The second time was much worse. My order stayed in “processing” for 7 days with no progress. I tried contacting them through multiple channels — their website, email, and phone messages — but received no response. I was only able to reach someone by phone once, and they assured me my order would be shipped that same day. It wasn’t.

At that point, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Only after I did that did they finally contact me, saying the order would be shipped the next day. I refused and requested a cancellation.

Very disappointing experience. I will never purchase from them again.
