I was desperate for S8 of Homeland and wasn’t overly bothered when after a week I received a polite and apologetic email offering me a refund if I didn’t want to wait another week or so. My dvd took nearly 3 weeks to arrive but it was worth it! I’ve always had a multi region player so never bothered to check the region. The quality of picture and sound was excellent and I would have given 5 stars except I could not get rid of the subtitles. I felt safe with PayPal and I will definitely give this unorthodox company another go. It seems they are the only way to get those ‘impossible’ to find box sets.

Package arrived swiftly but on closer inspection I found poor quality dvd boxes .
The covers were fake you could make out region one on sleeve a fake region 2 sticker was attached to cellophane.
The internal bar code was also counterfeit.
On vewing video frames were dropped causing juddering.Dvds also vibrated like crazy creating noise louder than sound as they were fake and unbalanced in the center
Video quality poor pixelated and blurred
I strongly advise do not buy these counterfeit DVDs pay the extra.

I bought the latest season of an American cop show. Cheap and available before Amazon and eBay. Menus missing, rated R2 but case says R1.Last episode missing entirely. Episodes with either no intros or no credits. References on screen to other tv shows in schedules. Should have known better. 2022 This Seller is now offering the latest season of the American cop show, again before anyone else in the UK.THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING

I bought a dvd box set from these people and instead of the disc being for region 2 DVD players as description said they were for region 1 DVD players so they don’t play correctly and some don’t play and the individual dvd menu options don’t work properly. I have had no reply to emails so far and based on what I have read on other reviews, I’m not hopeful. My advice is to not get your dvd’s from buydvdsonline.

Obviously pirated dvds. Printing quality was obviously done with a home printer as the printing did not match the case, case was a cheap black when all series use transparent cases and the video quality reminded me what it looked like in the early 90's. I will be sticking to HMV and Amazon from now on.

Really pleased to find and order this DVD when I could not find it anywhere else. DVD arrived when they said it would, in sealed package, and all works fine. I would recommend them.

I was concerned when I first bought a box set (ITS ALWAYS SUNNY) on this website but decided to take a chance. The price seemed too good to be true but I couldn’t get the box set anyway in the uk. That being said the box set works fine and is good quality (from the episodes I’ve watched). The only problem I had with my order was the fact it took a while to get to me, but this was during the second wave of COVID by RM so I guess it wasn’t all their fault.

My order for the final Homeland series DVD arrived here in France really quickly. I'd been looking for a while for this DVD but couldn't find it in the correct format to play in Europe, so I was really pleased when I found out that Buydvdsonline had the right one.

I called them to check that the disc would play here and they confirmed it would. Excellent service.

No complaints I received a sealed authentic fitness DVD set that I was having real difficulties sourcing.

Ordered The Crown Season 4 here as Amazon said it was 'currently unavailable'. This was for my parents. it arrived in good time and I understand it played well and was of good quality
When I did a little more research, it seems this was not officially due for release until Nov 2021!

I ordered a dvd I was having difficulty getting anywhere else other than on Region 1. I admit I was worried after reading negative reviews, but I have no complaints at all. The dvd arrived from the U.K. by Royal Mail and was definitely genuine - sealed with correct enclosures and Region 2. One of the discs jumped so I contacted them and got a reply within a couple of hours, confirmation when the new disc had been dispatched, and the replacement (perfect) dvd arrived a few days later. Happy with the service!

I ordered a dvd before reading reviews here, then expected problems. I have now ordered 3 times, each order received no problem through royal mail. Dvd's consistently cheaper than any other outlet, so I give it 5 stars

It will not let me put no stars so it will have to be one. DO NOT use this site. Copies arrived very poor quality so I offered to return for a refund and was told I had two options. To open a case with PayPal and tell them it was an unauthorised payment or tell them the DVDs did not arrive. Apparently AARON was sorry for the inconvenience. What a load of crap.!!!! STAY WELL CLEAR

Don’t bother, you will never receive your DVD, no communication, lack of professionalism. Opening a claim to PayPal to receive a refund takes ages!

I bought the Full House boxset and got money off for being a first time customer and a discount voucher for spending over a certain amount, it was brilliant! I became worried this was a scam after getting sent two shipping emails and becoming confused, I then googled it, the site had disappeared and I found alot of reviews from people saying they were scammed, didn't receive the correct item, got a pirated version etc. My dvd however arrived on the day they said it would (about a week after ordering) and is in perfect condition, is the correct region for my player and is the original, non-pirated version. I feel like this site could still be a scam and I just got very lucky. I can't fault anything about them however since my order is perfect which is why I gave 5 stars. I would warn people to use PayPal though or something with buyer's protection, which is what I used to pay just in case.

Ordering was easy, confirmation email arrived but took a couple of days then no news at all, just a Royal Mail tracking number that kept saying to check back until I realised probably nothing had been shipped. This was confirmed by a helpful member of staff via email and was advised to put in a refund claim via PayPal. Waste of my time and effort. Paid more and ordered from a high street store so I could get the goods in time for a birthday gift. Very disappointing and stressful experience

Ordered some DVDs, nothing turned up and BuyDVDsOnline suggested I get a refund off PayPal and then send them another order....really - How stupid do they think I am!
Their so called address is empty and up for let....Google it and you will see pics of an empty warehouse!
I can't see my DVD in the pics waiting to be packed and dispatched!!!!!
These guys are a scam, not worth your money, purchased off eBay and "Chalkys" in the end - at least they will deliver!!!

Tried to purchase a DVD boxset my credit card company blocked the transaction and I had a text saying it was for a completely different company and different value. I won’t be using again.

Appalling. They took the money and never even sent the product, just sending a fake Royal Mail tracking number. When I queried where the product was after 2 weeks, they didn’t even try to pretend that it had been sent. They have clearly had their account shut down by PayPal because they said they have changed their account number (in case I wanted to reorder, which of course I don’t!), so they have no doubt been scamming people for some time. DON’T USE THEM.
