Since 2020. Automatic email was never sent, payment was not either so good thing hence the 2 stars ! Was able to get a hold of them on chat but then nothing, no follow up. I guess they don’t need our money 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Great place to order from. Quick service, fast ship and good packaging. Please double wrap for smell in case though 😉, can be pretty loud smell wise.

Ordered their bundle package of craft weed vapes. All 3 of them came exploded in the package. When I emailed them, and provided photos, I was left unanswered. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Ordered around last 2024 April no problems, fast forward October the same year I place an order thinking hmm I tried them with luck, placed an order for some top shelf buds I use my discount they take the old order from April bait and switched, then I was out of luck because they ask for pictures and then ghost you.

I have been a loyal customer of Buybudnow since Trudeau legalized marijuana in Canada. I have yet to find a competitor that can rival the deal Buybudnow offers. I find the selection is vast, the quality is good, and the prices are very cheap. before legalization, I would pay $180 - $240 for subpar bud. Since becoming a regular customer with Buybudnow I typically pay $50-$70 an ounce. the order is almost always delivered within 3 business days which is great. canada post has lost 2 of my orders in the last 6 years and each time that has happened Buybudnow rep graciously granted a full refund of my order in credits. I am delighted with the services provided by this company. they will continue to be my main supplier. side note I love the constant discount codes offered as well. I typically get 4-5 ounces of premium bud, plus some gummies or shatter for approximately $200.

Delivery is very fast. Staff are quick to correct errors that happen far and few between. I've been ordering for almost 9 years now and have only had 3 errors. Overall they are my favorite company to order from.

So Far So Good - I received excellent quality products two days after I ordered from them for a fair price without all the retail taxing. I love a couple of the brands they sell and this seems to be the only place I can find them for now. I would give them a higher rating if they would have responded to the mobile chat with me in “real” time. They NEVER responded and promote this feature on their website?

I was an old customer of theirs for years, had them in my etransfers list and accidentally sent them money, I emailed, texted and called they never got back to me.

They Didnt fulfill my order in full and when I asked they keep saying they will add a credit but haven't. So now I'm out a 90$ item I payed for and still haven't gotten a credit or received what I payed for. Also have no number or anything to actually get a hold of them.. sketchy site. I'll be going back to goldbuds that is wa better to deal with!
