Cowboys
All over you like a tramp on a chip when selling warranty...disappear behind a cloud of waffle when you make a claim.
Platinum warranty covers all parts of coolant system including head gasket water pump thermostat BUT not the coolant bottle, without which the cooling system is pointless. They pointed out a coolant leak advisory on mot in October 25 before I took out a warranty and creditted this for not paying claim.When I pointed out advisory not there next day on mot pass...then they decide coolant bottle was not covered.
They never answer the phone, one time waited 25 minutes but an operative never became available?? They also decided cracked cam was due to wear and tear, a non moving engine casing designed to withstand inner heat, well the rest of the car has travelled the same mileage so what is actually covered???
They are not affiliated to the motor ombudsman so are not regulated. They misinterpret the terms of warranty to avoid paying and repeat the same rationale, which the main dealer could not believe they wouldn't cover repairs. Bunch of cowboys... DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Your claim was reviewed more than once as further information was provided and the reasons for the final decision were explained to you. We also engaged fully with the independent dispute resolution process and provided the relevant documentation so the matter could be considered impartially.
Throughout we have tried to deal with your concerns fairly and constructively. In addition to reviewing the claim and trying to come to an agreement we offered a full refund of your warranty premium as a gesture of goodwill which was accepted.
We still remain available should you wish to discuss anything further privately.

I bought a used car with a 3 month warranty but was quoted a ridiculous cost to extend it.
After researching “buy a warranty”offered the same cover with an extended deal for 2 years at the same cost
Easy procedure to follow and monthly payments.

Disgusting company. Do not use these under any circumstances!
They will reject all claims and not let you cancel the policy even when their website states they will due to them not paying out for any claims.
