Exactly the same product that they sell on temu except the ones on temu cost £3.39 and these cost almost £30! They are the EXACT same product, same material, and also sourced in China like temu is! Email system is terrible didn't even receive an email until I asked several times.

I do hate to write a bad review, but my my my - Avoid this company like the bubonic plague!

Firstly, the product does not work as the video suggests. Lastly, don’t expect them to refund you. It’s a palaver to say the very least.

From my experience I’ve sent a kind email to return the item as it does not work as described. In return I was offered a 10% refund at the beginning, then 50% as their final offer. For me they refuse to let me return the item for a refund and pay small amounts of money into my bank account rather than the full amount.

Sadly, it appears I have been had. I assumed this company may be reputable by their advertising, but alas not!

Not sure about the positive reviews, maybe bots or freebies? But I paid £25 for the 30 nights and the product is useless. After 2 mins the stickers have detached from my nose once I'd put the magnet nose bar on. So not fit for purpose sadly. I followed the instructions to insure my skin was clean and oil free and I have dry skin anyway rather than oily. I have emailed to request a refund so will update with the outcome and adjust this review accordingly.

Received an email from Airo, which i quoted in this review, which was actually quite helpful from their Chief Product Office (I changed my review to 2 stars rather than 1)
But since then...
They then sent me another email complaining that I'd shared private correspondence (I thought they'd appreciate me giving their own words rather than summarising but apparently not)
What a palaver!
Anyway. I'd avoid this company a mile off now after the tone of the most recent email. I found it very threatening.

strips don't stick to my nose so useless

Cheap useless product, only good thing of this company are the social media ads. Avoid

I ordered nasal magnets from Airo, but the package has not arrived. It appears to be lost, and despite multiple attempts to reach Airo, I’ve received no response.

I’ve emailed Airo twice and also messaged them on Facebook, but I have yet to hear back. This has been incredibly frustrating as I have no updates on my order or any support in resolving the issue.

I was really looking forward to trying the product, but the lack of communication and accountability from the company has left me disappointed. I’d greatly appreciate any assistance from Airo to resolve this matter.

FAKE COMPANY

Long delivery time to UK. The magnet function works effectively, but the strips are not sticky enough - they come loose after 20-30 minutes. I have larger pores, have oily/combination skin and do tend to sweat more so the expected effect is no different to nose strips which have been ineffective for me in the past. Great concept but unfortunately does not work if you tend to sweat/combination skin (never mind using skincare products before bed, the adhesive is useless then). Disappointed as I purchased to help with hayfever during warming temps in UK (for sleep and exercise), the strip adhesive is not strong enough and slides right off.

I ordered a week ago, but there is no sign of it arriving or tracking—"track my parcel" email links to a terrible faux webpage that mentions Yodel and a tracking number, then "not found." Bombarded with adverts, which I'll give credit to, I didn't notice that this was a scam company until I tried to track it down.

- Took about 2 weeks to arrive.
- Not branded as AIRO, and a quick search reveals that what comes can be purchased from TEMU for 1/10th the price.
- Used on a run - sticking pads sweated off after 3km, defeating the entire purpose of them.

Will try for sleep breathing but as it’s quite a chunky bit of plastic that sits across bridge of nose it’ll be interesting to see how that pans out.

Waste of money as a result

Absolute waste of money. They ignored my request for a refund. Product is unbranded junk from China and arrived damaged, after a lengthy delay. Funny how their website lists 16,000 reviews but nowhere to write one, no link in email and then Trustpilot doesn't even have 160 let alone 16,000. Would recommend to literally nobody.

Scam. The product doesn’t even come branded as theirs. Used it for 3 days and the magnets in the nose clip fell off

This company is not legit and they sell fake and cheap products. Just avoid buying anything from them.

Very Poor product. It’s just cheap unbranded rubbish from China. Took weeks to arrive. The packaging and product are not branded with the Airo brand at all. And the stickers do not stay on, as soon as the magnet is applied, they peel off. Don’t waste your money on this junk. There are plenty of better alternatives that actually work

Ordered over a week ago. Still no sign. Shop app says it’s in Texas. No reply to emails.

Buy elsewhere and do not be fooled by adverts, instagram posts and website. You will just end up paying more for what is actually a very cheap product made elsewhere.

Cheap product made to look more expensive by a nice looking website and social media presence. Don't waste your money, get a different brand for less than half the price elsewhere.

Cheap made product with high price, broke easily and it took 3 attempts to get a refund.
