Button Fresh has a good business mode.
Button Fresh has a good business model which is to bring good clothing to the market at very good prices. I have bought several shirts in the past and they are very good value for money. However, for the last six months, atleast, they have not had a trouser offer that I can buy. That is why I have reduced my score tick which otherwise would have been 100%.

Apologies for this, Barrie! I would love to stock more trousers as well, we have plenty of demand for them, but being in the clearance industry we can't necessarily just 'choose' our stock. We're only able to stock goods which another company has cleared for some reason (end of line, past season, bankruptcy, factory over-run etc.).
In addition to this, even if we are offered some trousers, if the price is to high we say... absolutely not.
So it depends on a combination of factors: having the right goods available to us and for those goods to be at an acceptable price. Unfortunately for trousers this hasn't been the case recently but rest assured as soon as we do locate some we'll stock them immediately. We're crying out for them!

Great customer service, great prices and great delivery times. I’ve had several orders off ButtonFresh and the consistency of excellence has not faltered. Jon and his team always make you want to buy more, I get a lot of emails from them with extra offers and vouchers so I can save even more.
Today for instance I’ve received a 25% off voucher for Under Armour products even though there’s already massive discount on them.
Big companies would learn a lot from a company like ButtonFresh especially when it comes to their customer service.
Thanks to Jon and his excellent team for making it a pleasure to shop with you.

Apologies for this, O S! This is a rare one for us! Which garments have you seen price increases on? If you could please provide the names and before/after prices I can have a look into this. I'm so confident that this isn't routine practise for us that If this is true and it has effected any of your recent orders (so you ordered a garment at one price and then the exact same one at a higher price on a later order) I'll simply refund the difference - no questions asked. Excluding the use of discount codes, obviously.
Regarding our emails, if you are not interested in our exclusive email only deals (most are not made public) then please feel free to click the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of any of them. We send around 4 to 6 of these marketing emails per month, for reference.

Will definitely use again. I ordered some clothes for my boyfriend for Christmas, all came quickly. The shirt was too big, and so I returned it for an exchange. There was a slight mishap, where I was sent a refund by accident, and had to reorder, but the initial discount was re-added after being resolved very easily, via email. Thank you.

Took a chance because the prices looked almost too good, but I'm genuinely impressed. The items arrived quickly, well packed, and the quality is better than expected for what I paid. I'll definitely be ordering again.

September/November 2025. I intend to order more items. This company is amazing. I've used them now for over 15 months when I first bought Farah trousers.Now I've bought Toplook shirts that are so good that I've bought about 20, plus other items for myself and relatives who are all extremely happy. Don't take my word about Buttonfresh, try them for your self. They are the best find I've every had. PS Everything is well wrapped and arrives on time.
